Went there for lunch and was gifted a partially raw spicy chicken sandwich...asked for a refund only to be given back half my charged amount.. wouldn't leave until it was corrected 2nd manager snatched money and gave me proper refund.
My stomach has been upset ever since. Won't be coming back.
Horrible experience. The staff was crabby, the order was not right. When I politely asked them to fix it, it was an attitude. My chili was gross with a broken up burger patty in it. AVOID THIS WENDYS!!
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Waiting in about 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru because they were not taking orders watch the same three cars ahead of me for 10 minutes.
Placed my mobile order but they made me wait 5 minutes before taking my name I wanted well done fresh fries. Didn't get the opportunity to get that 5 minutes later they call me to move forward and pull to the window.
I get to the window I told her I wanted fresh fries and sweet sour sauce two of them.
The whole time she's been shooing me to just pull up next to the door.
She was bum rushing me so fast I couldn't even tell them I wanted the sweet and sour until I halfway pulled forward and had to reverse so I can tell them I wanted sweet and sour sauce two of them and she nodded her head but then again pushed me away and told me I need to pull up to the door.
I'm waiting for 5 minutes again. You would think with this weight that I was going to get fresh fries and my sweet and sour sauce but nope.
When the girl finally came out with my food I asked her if there was sweet and sour sauce so I looked there was one but I told her there was supposed to be two and her response was like well if it's in the bag then you got it.
I told her they were supposed to be two and I thought she was walking back to grab me my second but she never came back.
The fries were cold and not fresh.
This was by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in Northwest Indiana.
Corporate for sure is getting a phone call this is unacceptable.
I have never written a bad review in my whole life, but every time I come to this place, everyone is rude, unprofessional, and yelling. And to the girl who placed my order, if you hate your job that much, you should quit it.
Bathrooms and dining room were disgusting. Employees at the register were on their cell phones while 3 customers stood there waiting on service.. very unfriendly atmosphere.
Passing through late at night … got off the interstate - 8/4/24 @ 11:50 p.m. to get some food. We were the only car in the drive thru and I had asked for a couple seconds to look at the menu. But the rude black female running the drive thru didn’t want to allow us to look and order. She was more worried about rushing us through. So my wife and I weren’t able to order any dinner. When we got to the window to get the nuggets and fries we did order. There were 4 employees hanging around the window laughing and talking just having a good time. I guess they don’t care about sales or serving the customer- so long as they’re having fun in their little circle.
Looks like all the other reviews read about the same as well. Corporate needs to look into this location! I’ll be calling customer service tomorrow 8/5 and letting them know just how pathetic this location is ….
We love going to Wendys during the week for lunch. LuAnne always takes great care of us and our order. Food was great and the salted caramel frosty is quote tasty!
I came through drive through. The order taker was an older Black woman. She rushed me through my order. She was ghetto and rude. There was also an older Hispanic woman that was obnoxious, ghetto, and rude. The bake potato I order wasn't fit for even a dog to eat. It was cold and over cooked... Like it had been aitting out for awhile. When I ask for my money they refused...saying because I didn't have the receipt I can't get my money back. Which is a ignorant stupid lie. I told her that I will do a charge back with my CC company.
