I ordered the garlic parmesan and chicken nugget meal, and I must say, the sauce was equally distributed across the chicken nuggets and not sloppily or unevenly distributed. It was prepared well because, for me, the flavor was just right and not overpowering. I only gave 4 stars because my fries weren't hot. I did order the blueberry pomegranate lemonade and to the white female lady with blonde hair that made it, I didn't see your name tag; it was soooo good. I can never drink a large, but I drank that one all up! The flavor was perfect. It was not too sweet. It was just right and very refreshing!
The drive through line was quick taking my order and making sure I was getting everything I wanted and the way I wanted it. Very helpful with mix and matching items to get the best deal. When I got to the window to pay I was greeted with a smile and politeness. The food came out hot and ready just the way I asked for it. Great love for a quick bite near Moody AFB.
Purchased breakfast and food was old. I asked to have it remade the lady said that’s how the grill cook it. So I asked for my money back. Stop preparing food and letting it sit for hours and get hard and try to serve it to customers: fyi someone going to report y’all keep it up.
Spent 20 minutes waiting in line until we got our food at the drive thru. Had the $5 bag which was not totally hot by the time we got at the drive thru. The wait was long, but food was good. Total order was $15 with a burger and 2 small drinks.
After a long week at work being super tired, worn out, mentally exhausted etc! The drive thru worker Kayla was amazing! She took the time to inquire about my day and was just a breath of fresh air! She was so positive and happy, she really turned my day around! Kayla if you see this you deserve a raise and thank you for being so positive and happy!

It seems like the quality of this location diminishes with each visit. On my last trip, I simply went back for a replacement Biggie bag. Despite the meal being free, it wasn't worth the gas I used to pick it up. During my last experiences, I specifically asked for fresh food and waited longer. However, both the service and the food was cold. While waiting behind another customer, I witnessed three employees laughing and talking instead of contributing to assisting customers. Then I reached the second window and was of course asked to pull forward to continue to wait. I advised the manager on duty that it's not conducive for waiting customers to see employees not working. He in turn told me the employees were "order takers." I was thoroughly disappointed with this response. That statement led me to believe the management team is inefficient and/or incompetent based on the fact that there would never be a reason to have three employees scheduled and assigned to complete the same task. Moreover, a manager making excuses for employees not working is never a good thing. The employee that brought my cold replacement meal, didn't have enough customer service skills to even say anything to me. There was no, "have a nice day," "thank you for you patience," "hi," "bye"... absolutely nothing. Which is on par with the employees from the visit prior who didn't make a single part of that four piece Biggie Bag correctly; this included the drink. To add insult to injury, they never once offered any form of apology. You would think the location located right next to the corporate office would have better standards.
Humans. I love them. Loved even more getting to come through the drive thru and experience several workers surprising one of their coworkers with a duck on their jeep. This shows the atmosphere in this workforce is AMAZING! To have people who support you, it means the world. Getting customers to see that we are all human and need a gentle push or encouragement from time to time…it was the human experience I needed today. Thank you Wendy’s for showing that humanity is not lost!
