The food was wrong 3 separate times, before we even noticed it was wrong it arrived barely room temp. On the third time back up to try and get the food fixed they just gave us the toppings and had us assemble it. Nothing was really offered to make up for it and seemed really annoyed by the concept of a customer wanting the toppings they ordered to be on the sandwich.
The last two visits at this location was good
I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich and fries and both times the product was hot and fresh
I came in on 11/16/24 at 8:40 pm and the crew was too focused on pre closing to even acknowledge my presence so I stood there for several minutes and left
There was a young Hispanic lady who I guess didn’t speak much English that walked by me and smiled
The other times was during the daytime so I will go back and try again but not at night
Food , for the most part, was good. Wife had a chicken wrap. I had 2 Jr. Hamburgers. We shared a lemonade.
Lemon was warm with maybe 8 ice cubes in it. Her wrap appeared to be used as a soccer ball after they put ut in the wrapper.
1 of my burger was fine, the other appeared to had been dropped in the fryer after they wrapped it.
Now I remember when this store opened, it was fantastic, but ut has since fallen into the trash or worse. I try not to go in here much, but I give it a shot about every couple months. About every 2nd or 3rd time here is totally garbage. Today was worse than that. Wont be back. Especially since I was over charged. Should have been $12.56 (according to their website), but I was charged $16.38
Will not be giving this place another chance as long as I live, which may be longer since I won't be going here anymore.
Stopped for breakfast. The order was mostly a good event. The young man rushed through our placing the order and didn't let us complete what we wanted before he handed us the receipt. So we decided not to order any more.
Food was just okay, portions were not surprising small, not over or under whelmed, just not impressed.
My favorite Wendy's. The workers are always super nice, the foods always hot and fresh, and you can pay with card or cash, (no matter what the denomination of that said cash may be). Thanks for always being Rockstars there!
One is too many stars Don't know how this dump stays open just nasty the whole restaurant and bathrooms were just absolutely dirty and disgusting...ice cream was not ice cream it was not at all frozen just liquid. Told the manager the bathrooms were filthy she just gave me a dirty look. With as much filth and trash in both bathrooms and nothing flushed it hadn't been cleaned in days. Would not recommend eating in this dirty filthy ass place.
This place took down 1 dollar frost 2 days early than Wendy's press release says til end of month. False advertising and I will be turning this in to corporate.
Never had any problems with this Wendy's everything has always been good
