Let me start by saying today is 11/1/2024 came here around 7:30pm, this is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! I don’t even care to write reviews for places but that’s how heated this place has me. The workers for one need to be trained or fired because the night staff crew is absolutely SLOW!!! I mean they just take there time and act like nothing needs to be done and look at you and don’t even acknowledge you! The girl who was preparing orders for door dash just looks at you and moves like a slow school bus and the red wig just made it worse!!! Nobody says anything I didn’t even know when the order was going to be ready and again all the orders that were on the counter she did not acknowledge who it was for or that they are working on my order. The workers act like they have never worked before and act like it’s their first time on the job! The kitchen floor was disgusting and the cooks literally move 1 mile an hour put something down in the fryer and then stand there and look at you like your dumb when they could be doing so much more like getting the orders out faster or cleaning the nasty floor, I would rather die then step foot in this place! because you will starve anyways because you ain’t getting your food and it wasn’t even busy!!! That’s what makes this place worse! a bunch of slow minded workers who don’t know what day it is or how to communicate running this place. I let the girl prepare the order and then walked out because of the amount of my time that was wasted and how slow they were going I wasted theirs too! Worst workers and customer service of all time.
Speaking as someone that was a store manager of a Wendy’s in NY I must say I am highly disappointed & blown away about the service here. Employees are rude,No common sense & impatient. It seems like this Wendy’s hires people without a High school diploma or GED. If the store manager does not see anything wrong with this location then the regional manager should consider someone else.
My family and I were VERY hungry from traveling. We decided to stop in. It was about 115am... They close at 2AM. I pulled up to the drive thru to place our order. The signs were on any the restaurant was lit up... We were sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one came on the intercom whatever it was nor did they respond to our requests. We drove to the window and the employees were hiding from us! Simply there was no service provided to me or our hungry family.... We Wendy's employees evaded us and we drove away hungry but was greeted warmly and promptly was provided food from another establishment.
Literally started an argument w us after we waited 5 minutes n figured they must be closed… lady was all like “WE DONT HAVE THAT” every time we asked for an item and didn’t offer any other option… basically yelled at us when I asked if she could hear us and said “why wouldn’t I be able to hear you!!”
At the window she slammed it in our face and everyone left when we asked for buffalo sauce for the sandwich we already asked for so we waited another 5 minutes…
Then charged us 1$ for the sauce pack which wasn’t even in a sealed pack!!!!?!?!?
Guess they had to make it.
Awful!!!! Gross, filthy, dirty, rude, Needs to be shut down!!!
The employee who took my order was very rude and didn’t know the difference between the classic chicken sandwich and the crispy chicken sandwich. I’m a local but I’ll never go back to this location. You’re better off going to tropical smoothie just down the street.
Went through the drive thru and the rude black lady kept asking me “is that it” after everything I said. I was ordering for 6 people and she just kept saying “is that it” terrible service at this Wendy’s. Wish there was an option for 0 stars
Tables are always dirty. Staff will look at you and not say anything if you walk up to register and not use kiosk to order. Once you get the staff's attention they are very nice and polite. But it takes a while to get their attention.
the people who manage the drive thru could not be more rude. these teens wouldn’t know costumer service if it slapped them in the face, which i really wanted to after how rude they were. one specific teenage girl was so disrespectful. after all that i still didnt get all the food i payed for in my bag. when i went it those teens just ignored me for 5 minutes until finally and older gentleman helped me and made it right and was very kind. thank you to him. this is was 2:30 on a wednesday 08/14
