This place is one of the poorest "fast food" restaurants I've ever experienced. The store itself is barely 3 years old, but it's rundown and messy. The employees seem to be worried more about their personal affairs than attending to their jobs. In addition, they seem to care more about drive-thru customers than walk-in, certainly by the condition of the dining room, and the fact that at least 2 or 3 car orders were filled before mine, as I stood waiting. The franchisee ought to be ashamed.
???? drive through work is insane.. they deal with 1 customer at a time.. 1 person pulls up, orders gets their food and leaves then they take the next order..and obviously my food was raw..
So, we have contacted the corporate office twice and have yet to get a response from them. We have had 2 issues at this particular restaurant because of 1 guy. He has costed us money, was very rude to the people he works with in front of customers and his customers. He would not honor whats on the mobile app from the prices for that store or the coupons. He has overcharged us. He messed up our orders. The food was cold. The fries were old and soggy. This chain used to be nice, but it has gone down in horribly. If this is the way Wendy's is doing business now, then we will not be customers of Wendy's again.
Wow, this is the most unprofessional crew I’ve witnessed in long time. Hopefully this will change soon. Wait times are horrible, attitudes are poor. Customer service is lacking, teamwork is non existent. Long lines in the dining room and drive thru. During the most busies hours you have employees walking around not doing anything, employees watching other employees work, employees going in and out of the store arguing with other employees. Employees disrespecting other employees and the manager/leadership. I’ve never seen a manager get treated horribly like she did. I waited 30 minutes for my food watching this circus happening. They gave my food away and then I had to wait again for my food. When I spoke up about it, one employee argued instead of taking action and getting my food prepared. I’ve been to this store literally 3 days and each day it’s been a circus. Corporate needs to step up and fix the issue because this store is suffering. It’s just a bad look.
Just left your drive thru with my $15 order and the fries continue to be cold old and limp. Going somewhere else from now on. Gave this location too many chances already. Need better management.
Waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes- only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the speaker and the woman does not greet me but merely says- “Go ahead with your order.” I start to give my order and she interrupts me saying- “Hold on.” Then 5 minutes later, she says “Go ahead”. So, I place my order. Then, I pull up and she says, “We are only taking cash.” ????
So this store no longer has anyone to take your order. You have to use the automated touch screen. There are no directions. You want a single cheese, mustard, onion, pickles, and lettuce? Good luck you now get mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and tomatoes whether you want them or not (yes, I used the customize feature). I don’t order what I don’t like. Won’t be back to this location anymore.
TLDR: Wendy's is good. This place is awful.
Take 10 minutes to help single customers in the drive through, then close the dining room early because they know they'd have to actually help their customer base if they let them in.
Best advice I can give? Avoid this place if you value your time.
