Stopped here on a road trip. Didn't notice how nasty the restaurant was until after we ordered our food. Old food and trash everywhere all over the tables and floor. While waiting and waiting for our food we noticed how disgusting it was behind the counter at the food stations. This place hasn't been cleaned in forever. The food came out missing numerous items which took another long wait to get what we paid for. Burgers, fries, nuggets and even the chocolate frosties(which my kids didn't even eat half of due to tasting weird) all tasted bad. Fingers crossed for our stomachs the rest of the trip.
If I could have given them a -5 in cleanliness I would have!!!! Ladies room could have used some TLC. Dinning room tables were ALL dirty and the floor was wet in front of drink dispenser. Overall I would not stop there again. While at the counter I watch an elderly gentleman come in and after waiting just a few minutes he left. Another gentleman entered and promptly left.
We hit the drive-thru at this Wendy's as we were driving through Savannah and was shocked at how good it was. The women that work there we incredible. Not only did they get the order correct (we have a lot of kids) but there was ample napkins in each bag and even ketchup that we didn't even have to ask for! Every drink had a straw to go with it and there was a spoon for the frosty! I can count on one hand how many times that happens! The food was fresh and good, the fries were hot and salted, and the service was fast and friendly. If you are driving through close to this location I highly recommend you stop. I only wish our resident Wendy's was as good as this one.
Most fast food places are awful these days. This particular Wendy's was great. They took my order promptly and I got exactly what I ordered. The staff was very friendly and even gave my daughter a small berry frosty thing since it was new and they were promoting it. Experiences like these will keep me away from McDonald and Burger King forever.
Two spicy chicken sandwiches. Both dry and overdone. Not fresh.. This place obviously has issues based on the newest reviews. This is one of the worse Wendy's locations. One of my sandwiches tasted/texture like a mucus loogie was spit in it when I made a mid sandwich bite instantly made me throw up. Wow right?
I went in the drive through and waited ten minutes until I had to pull up to the windows myself. Then waited at the window for a few minutes as people looked at me and hust walked by until a young woman came up and took my order. She was nice enough but did not seem like she wanted to be there. After getting my food i tried one of the fries and it was dead cold. I then tried my baconator and it had to be the worst burger from wendys I've ever had. Afterwards
i relized they had a food rating in the window and it was a B. should've known to walk away but I wanted some Wendy's. Never going to do that again. Whoever is manging that wendys is doing a terrible job.
I recently visited Wendy's and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received! The employee who took my order, specifically, was incredibly kind and made sure to double-check my order to ensure it was correct. I could tell by the lack of management they were short staffed but it was handled very well. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Wendy's and would definitely be returning for more
Got a taco salad without the chips, nor sour cream? This is what your customers pay for ? I paid $28 dollars and I only got myself a salad, and I can’t even eat my food? Because y’all didn’t give me a fork either. ALSO NO STRAW? Can’t drink my drink either.. this is the poorest establishment I’ve ever been too. I ADVISE ALL OF YOU PEOPLE READING ! It’s A WASTE OF TIME, and a long line. GOTO the McDonalds across the street.
