This location constantly gives me issues when I use coupons on the app. Consistently have to demand for the manager to apply coupons and the after employees give me a hard time. Additionally, I never get a receipt at this location when I get an order. Had the employee at the window tell me I needed to spend $16 for a $3 off of $15.00 order coupon. This was clearly a lie and employees need to be trained better because it’s evident management does not care about quality customer service.
Customer service is the worse. I’ve ordered here numerous times due to it being near work and I regret it every time. They always mess up my orders. I ask for a cheese fries and get a potato.. fries missing from combo meals.. spicy sandwich instead of a regular one. I always feel like i’m wasting my money. Worse attitude from some of the workers. Horrible place. wouldn’t recommend.
I went yesterday and ordered in the drive thru with my boyfriend. He got the Krabby Patty meal and i got the boo bag. A couple hours later we start to feel sick. We got food poisoning! I haven’t slept all night because we both have been puking all night. Ill never go back here.

There's a woman there who I do not trust. She told me to move forward with no one else in the line to wait. She would not pour my coffee until I pulled ahead. I had mad a complaint about her before so now I feel she messes with my food. See pictures attached. I am never going back there unless she is gone. Look at the amount of honey she poured on my chicken sandwich it's hard to see but it's completely drenched and I threw out the coffee as soon as I got it. It just shady why tell me to pull forward to wait when there is literally no one in line and then to not pour my coffee until I move up is crazy and shady.
The customer service here is good the people have been friendly every time I come and they get the food out super fast I love their breakfast so yummy ! I love how crispy and fluffy their seasoned potatoes are ! You gotta try it and their breakfast prices are cheap And come with a drink !
Sucks I have to put this out there , but being in customer service business all my life I will Cleary let everyone that the service here is horrible . After standing inside for 25 min counted 8 cars ahead of me finish passing and leaving this place still did not take my order actually a food prep cook came up to me and said are you being taken Care of , she was nice enough to get someone for me . After paying and ordering extra 10 mim wait with nothing! Food prep lady came back up to help and then the order was incorrect because she tried to help . Unfortunately I was bothered then 30min
THE MANGER " SARAH" WHO ONLY SPOKE THE LANGUAGE RUDE THEN PROCEEDED WITH OFFERING THE SOLUTION OF A REFUND WHICH IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
CANT BELIEVE I WASTED 30MIN IN HERE . SUCKS BECAUSE THE WHOLE PLACE IS GREAT OTHER THEN THE MANAGER WHOSE NAME IS SARA.
The counter person could not understand me. Seems very few employees at this location speak English. Very sweet, but not helpful.
This is one of the better run Wendy's. Orders are fast, the drive thru is 2 lanes when it gets busy and the restaurant is clean. Never had a wrong order here. The employees are usually in a good mood which is pleasant.
