Love the new renovated Wendys! Before it was run down and a ghost town. Now it’s vibrant and they are doing a lot more business! Nice spacious eating area. Clean bathrooms and I like how you wash your hands outside the bathrooms. Service was good. Plenty of light and makes you want to hang out just a little longer there. Will return!
Y’all BEWARE OF THIS WENDY’S!!
Went through the drive through yesterday on my lunch break and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a side of fries. I took one bite and could tell immediately that something was wrong. I cut it open and my sandwich was RAW! ????????
I took it back and asked for my money back. They tried offering free food… NO Wendy’s I WILL NOT BE BACK! But do better for the rest of the people coming through…
Will berate you in the lobby for asking for your order and when they make a mistake and check in the wrong order will continue telling you it’s your fault for not telling them even though I did ? I asked for my order by name and was checked in, only to have them try to stop another customer with HIS OWN ORDER to give to me? Continued arguing that I should’ve checked in with the app even though a person checked me in by name! Absolutely horrible service
Fries sat under a heat lamp all day then served to us, cold and stale. Their fresh hot fries initiative didnt last very long. Hit or miss at this location, often a miss.
They had me pull up to the curb to wait for fresh eggs and it took ten minutes and there was not one single other vehicle there the entire time I was waiting. They were extremely rude when I called to ask why eggs took that long. I was in line 4 minutes then pulled ahead 10 minutes after that with ZERO cars and the lady they brought it out was rude and I was scared to even eat my food worried they did something to it.
They can not get their orders straight, obviously don't read their tickets and do not give you what you pay for. You need to add drive through to your choices. Service does not even deserve a one star.
This Wendy's at least gets my order right sometimes there busy but big difference from crappy Broadway store! Would recommend!
Worst Wendy’s ever…. Even my cheese fries had cold unmelted cheese on them
