Had a great experience at this location. It was busy when I went but the service was fast and the food was fresh and hot. I wish I remembered his name but the man taking my order at the front was very pleasant and patient.
They do pretty good the only reason you’re getting a 4 is because you got the order of toppings wrong on the ghost pepper chicken sandwich.
Never again..3rd time the order was wrong in a row.
No cheese is not a hard request. I tried to be nice and went back in they remade the food. Got back to car made wrong. Went back in they said oh you again. I said listen I really just need this made with no cheese. They apologized again. Re made I checked it and it was right. Upon getting back to the car I saw the chili fries had cheese..needless to say a homeless man got some food. I was not going back in
This place was horrible. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Staff was rude, floor was so so sticky, garbages were overflowing, wait time was insane. They threw our ticket out on accident, didn’t ask why we were still waiting, didn’t apologize, and took ten more minutes to make one Biggie bag.
The doors are locked 3 hours before closing, they give the wrong food items and half the time I’m missing multiple main food items. If you ask for no onions they literally give you extra and the night workers loudly talk about inappropriate topics instead of getting customers orders right!!!
The food is good. I like Wendy’s food. The service however is absolute terrible. In the few times I’ve been there not once has my order been correct. Since I use the drive thru and then drive back to work I don’t have much time to check what’s in the bag. Not once has just everything be right. Usually the sauces are missing or wrong, very often the food is swapped and you get something that you didn’t order, sometimes I get a Baconator and end up with a tiny double from the biggie bag, which is like half the size? When I get a biggie bag, I usually swap the small fries for large fries, because that’s the one thing I really like about Wendy’s - their fries. And to my expectance - I get a big box but the inside is only half way filled and with that I got small fries again but I had to pay for the big box.
I’m getting more and more annoyed and hope that the manager is going to do something about this soon.
I stood in line for 14 minutes to have my food touched by employees with no gloves on. All 7 of them were not wearing any gloves while handling food. There was standing water and garbage behind the counter and in the lobby. Several of them all seemed to be “spaced out” to put it kindly.
Moldy strawberries today and missing fries but other than that good food! Check your strawberries workers! (I say this nicely) thank you for your service!
