Came around midnight. Lady at the window was very rude at the speaker, and again at the window. The sauce we received was completely crushed and ripped open, and then perfectly set on top of the fries in the bag. Safe to say the fries and sauce were not eaten.
Personally, I was VERY Satisfied with Everything about this Wendy's Location, Employees and the Cleanliness. I understand I showed up at the very end of the College Lunch Hour and everyone except me, seemed to be in a little hurry. The Cashier was "Very" Polite, The Shift/Floor Manager was also very professional and, My order was made Quickly, Quietly and Without ANY Mistakes. Wendy's Original Cheeseburger, Medium Toasted Fries and one Medium Size, Delicious Old'Fashion Frosty. Even though I don't live here in Rochester; IF I EVER DO Return and I'm craving "Wendy's" Then, it's HERE I'll return to.
Staff is slow and in attentive. Stopped in to get lunch. Had 3 delivery app drivers waiting 20 min+ waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Person who took the order handled cash and food with the same gloves on.
We kept trying to give our order at the drive through, but the employees in the background were yelling at each other so loudly the poor lady who was trying to take our order could barely hear us, causing us to have to repeat our order three times to her(no problems with the girl who was serving us though, she was trying her best). However, she DID get our order right, no thanks to her colleagues, so I guess at least it wasn't for nothing. All of this to say I've definitely had better service.
I love going to this location. Service is great, and if there is something wrong, they are quick to fix it. Friendly staff. Always welcomed with a smile and by name. ????
My food was ready in a timely manner, and it tasted like normal Wendy's food. But it was a mess behind the counter, which had me worried that the food would be a mess too. Also they were out of every non-sugar beverage except unsweetened tea.
No mayo is a problem here. If you have allergies run. Oh and 8 hours posted and sick. My son is sick in the bathroom. So bad food. Doesn't work with customers for allergies. Drive thru had attitude about no mayo. When came back and wanted 2 burgers with no mayo. I got an attitude a question about what i do want on it. Do i want it plain. I said no. Just no mayo . The next burgers had just bacon cheese and burger. They were smushed . Like wow. So I will never come back to wendys. I deserve customer service that you advertise. Not the rude disrespectful group now working. Used to be my favorite location . Told people nah the people there are cool. Food is good. Now I can't say they didn't do something to it. Cuz they did. Smh. I'm good. Bye
The worst restaurant in the Wendy's chain. The employees are slow and don't care about their work. Just awful!!
