Waited super long at the drive thru just to get the wrong damn order. I asked for onions to be added to my burger and I somehow got bacon which I DO NOT eat and DID NOT order!!!. Yall better count your damn days
Location was pretty clean, service was fast and friendly, food was good. 5 bucks for a burger, 4 nugs, small fry, and small soda is a steal. I liked the cane soda in the fountain machine. Wanted saucy nugs but they were too rich for my blood today. I’d eat there again, especially if I only had 6 bucks.
Pretty much every staff associate at Cockeysville location is worthless, they will see you standing there and make you wait to take your order while the cashier helps with getting fries/nuggets for orders with her disgusting unwashed hands, I have witnessed not too long ago there was a til of cash money sitting there on the back table by the chili while they worked, NEVER should a til be sitting anywhere, that’s pure laziness on the managers part for even taking the risk. If you ask a lot of people from the area, they should all be fired. Please corporate, there’s so much more I could address, especially how they never ever have baked potatoes cooked, and you can’t say they ran out, it’s too many times a week that they say hell with it and hell with the customers. The corporate headquarters needs to definitely take a look at the cameras, you will see I’m telling truth. So disappointing.
I want to like this place but I can’t tell you how many times they have forgotten food. We ordered from them today and they forgot all the fries. I don’t know what’s going on back there but I know they can be better.
I won’t order delivery again, you can be sure about that. They just refund you the money, which is fine, but that’s not doing you any favors if you are trying to feed your family.
Mary is so nice and professional on a consistent basis! I order Wendy’s a lot and no matter what time of day it is, she always has great positive energy! She makes Wendy’s seem like a Chick Fil A or better . I hope someone gives her a raise!
I've been there a few times in the last few months. Honestly the food has always tasted fine, but during my most recent visit I saw the man making my food place his bare hands all over my nuggets as his put them in the box. Didn't use utensils or gloves at all. Right after touching a door to the kitchen, and the cash register. I won't be back.
Lady at the cash register was extremely rude. Idk if she was having a bad day but she doesn't have to take it out on me or the other customers. If she can't do this she needs to quit or be fired. Also make sure to check your food because they got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I left.
Delicious food at Wendy's. Tried the ghost pepper ranch sandwich.
They have this amazing soda machine that has so many different soda flavors eg Lime coke, grape sprite etc
