Best WLM Reviews
Young man with bright blue hair and a teal hat at the drive through window in LaVale...you need to get a personality. He gave us our bags of food, then turned around. Didn't say "thank you", "here's everything", "have a good night"...NOTHING. We had to ask if that was everything just to make sure we weren't waiting on something else. Not only did the service suck, but Wendy's has downsized their burgers so much that they are about half the thickness as their old burgers. No wonder Chick Fil A does better business. The staff is always kind and courteous, and they don't cut corners with their food.
Supposedly they just remodeled this restaurant. Their seating was very limited, they didn't have any outdoor seating and I thought they used to (it's been a couple of years since I've stopped by but I thought this was one that had outdoor seating)
The service was ok, the people that worked there are friendly enough and it's not their fault that they don't have many tables or any outdoor seating. Or that the bathrooms have both been changed to family restrooms- with one toilet in each and no changing tables to change anyone on- if there was one in the restroom I used I missed it.
Other than being under construction today, everything was fairly good.I had stopped going there for a while because the food was disbusting, and the service was horrible. I think it was the staffing at the time.I was in a hurry today and decided to stop by to grab a burger quickly, and it was much improved.
happy with the food but the workers in the back were being loud and making super racist jokes. very dissatisfied because i really did like this location.
Stopped here while traveling home from Virginia. The entire restaurant was dirty. Every table looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. Food did not taste the same as similar food at other Wendy's. Corporate really needs to step in and find out where the problem is here. I truly expected to get sick after eating here.
Drive thru lady was excellent. We had several orders, and she took them expeditiously, accurately, and enthusiastically.
10/10 customer service
Saw-cy nugs were amazing.
As good as Wendy's goes in terms of food, fast and fresh.
Locale feels a little old and a little dirty.
I enjoyed the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets.
I don't get soda from here anymore, ever since the one that I only took a couple sips off of before setting aside, (because it didn't taste right) had things growing in it. (I set it on my counter the night before leaving for a 2-day trip, and took care of it when I got back. Over the course of less than 3 days, the ice had melted and whatever bacteria was on it was beginning to reproduce rapidly.)
I do however still come to this location because it's on my way home from wok. I don't think I'll be continuing to do that though, since the last couple of times I've been through, my order has been wrong. Junior bacon cheeseburger without lettuce, no sauce despite repeating the sauce I want at the box and window, refried nuggets.
My payday treat to myself has been quite disappointing.
