Cashier was decent, not rude but also not like super nice. I believe she may just be shy and/or new. Pretty sure we all can relate one way or another. The French fries are always soggy and cold. I also wasn't thrilled about paying 47 dollars for three people and if I'm paying that much I'd at least expect some quality put into my order. When I worked at Wendy's, everything was good. But the food "upgrades" are ruining this place. Ever heard the term "why fix what isn't broken?" That term applies in Wendy's case, it was better before, waaaay better. It's not just one location either. All the Wendy's in my area are terrible. I used to love Wendy's and I doubt it will ever be what it once was in my opinion...
I placed a mobile order, got to the store to pick it up and noticed the drive thru line was long, but inside was not. I figured I should at least ask if it was possible to get my food inside. At the counter one of the workers asked me if I was door dash, and I told him I had a mobile order. He then proceeded to walk away from me, fill another order, then take an order at the cash register. He didn't even say another word to me until I left. I have never deleted a mobile order so fast in my life. Absolutely terrible service.
This was one of the worst restaurant visits I've ever made! The place was nasty and full of food all over the floor, tables and dried soda on the tables, the burgers were cold the cheese wasn't melted, they literally got ketchup slop with some kind of brown and black stuff on the outside of my bun and the outside of my wrapper and it made a huge mess in the bag and reaching into the bag it got on my hands. Wendy's originally advertised against McDonald's with the "Where's the beef" commercials and now they don't have anything more than 1/16 lb tiny piece of cold nasty meatlike product on a cold nasty bun. I was there for 20 minutes during the lunch hour and My friend and I were the only people in this place, so a lot of people know what's up and they were so slow,, there was no legitimate reason to not clean up all the mess in the place. Disgusting!!!

7-22-2024 7:10pm girl in drive through telling paying customer "whatever" after cutting me off mid order in drive through. This chick clearly has behaved this way before to act like this openly. Told her to forget it. I do not want to help pay this person's paycheck.
Avoid this trash restaurant. I'll spend money elsewhere and did.
I went inside to order at 7:45 pm. I was first in line. The workers decided to just look at me and ignore me for over 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the line behind me was getting longer. Eventually I just left. Never returning to this location if this is how the staff thinks it appropriate to treat customers.
Have had a issues here before, and never gave it a bad review. But this was my fish sandwich. I ordered it with no pickles and added cheese. As you can see, didn't exactly get what I ordered.
Nobody dining inside, so I had the place to myself ????. Got the Classic Chicken Sandwich cuz I really used to like it. The first bite was extra crunchy and a tad salty, but once I got into where the veggies were (LOOK at those fresh veggies), it was great! I got a Frosty too, because ???? this was WENDY'S and that's what you do!
So far so good ever thing that I have ordered from there comes out nice and hot.
