Love this particular Wendys. Staff is so nice, normally!! But this morning the woman at the drive-thru was irritated with us right away. My Son was ordering, new driver, and she rushed us through the ordering process and was clearly angry when we double checked the order and the amount of seasoned fries we received. Made my Son anxious and it was unnecessary.
The food was literally the best I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. No exaggeration! 5 Stars!
This location is clean and well-maintained. There needs to be better control of loud and disrespectful teens that frequent the store. Staff is pleasant for the most part and orders are prepared pretty quickly. I have had a lot of issues with cold food. Especially the fries. Make sure your food is hot!
The manager was very nasty he refused to take our order because he said they were closing in 15mins and not worth turning the grill for 3 double cheeseburgers.
Everything about this. Wendy's has been good except now. They got rid of the orange frosty with this new Berry one that tastes like yogurt, just getting used to the orange and it was more refreshing.
Talk to Carlos he refused to get my order right my food wasn’t cook at all fries were frozen I called him personally he over talk over me and told me I’m lying !!!
Terrible customer service. They have you waiting at the speaker 10 minutes for nothing. The food is subpar. They need some new workers.
My family and I ate here on a Sunday evening, starving from being underfed at a family event. An older gentleman took our order, was very patient, and genuinely enjoys his job. Food was spot on for a Wendy’s! The buy one get one frosty offer was a big hit. The spicy nuggets perfectly burned my lips and mouth! :) Fries were hot and fresh. Nice job Sunday night Wendy’s team!
