I just went through the drive thru, not many people. I ordered 2 plain junior cheeseburgers. got to the window asked for ketchup with them he said "yea". I pulled over to eat before going back to class and the sandwiches were not plain and no ketchup in the bag. a super simple order. I cannot eat specific foods. the edges of both burgers are burnt to crap too and tastes like dog crap. all in all this was thee worst Wendy's experience I've ever had hands down. not like I was really hungry or anything. thanks for ruining my lunch. all you had to do was make 2 small burgers plain. its not that difficult.... now I understand why fast food workers get paid what they do.
I wish I could give a good review on the food but they forget so many things. I can't really form an opinion if I never eat what I order. The service here is absolutely garbage.
Someone tells you what they want you to put in a bag and then you put it in a bag and charge them the correct amount that a computer screen tells you to.
There it is. That's the job. And yet THIS location continues to get lost in that process. God help em. There's got to be a gas leak or something.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. Ordered simple items off the value menu, paid, and was told they would bring it out to my car. After waiting 10 minutes I went back to the window, and the employee acted like they had no idea what I was asking for, before another employee claimed my order was waiting on “fresh meat”. What I eventually received were old, overcooked hamburgers on stale buns and cold fries. Will never stop at this location again. Hopefully it’ll be shut down with others the company is planning to shutter.
0 if I could! Been sitting here for 20 minutes. Makayla charged me for sauce I never received. Also gave me the wrong order. Once correct order was received, my food was cold. Restaurants need to stop hiring disrespectful teens.
If I could give zero I would, first of all the girl at the window was itching her hand with the edge of the lid she put on one of my drinks, the drive through window is filthy (after I left the car to retrieve the missing items in my order I found out that’s how it goes the whole store is grungy and gross, the appearance of the employees is absolutely disgusting, there is a heavy set employee who needs to be canned. I’ve never been so heated over chicken nuggets. I was missing 2 10 piece nuggets in my order which was $62 might I add for fast food… when I went in to get the nuggets she wanted to argue with me that they were in the bag and gave me 1 10 piece after walking back to the car to double check as I figured I wasn’t wrong I still needed 10 nuggets and the attitude she gave me was an absolute joke. I am clearly not in here trying to get free nuggets, I have money I don’t need anything for free I simply wanted what I paid for! Manager, owner, corporate or whoever cares or that is in charge please fix this dump. I will forever go to the other one in mason off 42, THEY are suburb! Do better!
I hate that this is the closest Wendy's to me! Whoever runs this location is not good at their job in the least. I would love one order without a mistake from here. Just one! It would truly be a miracle. It's a shame because the employees have always been very nice.
Stopped here today and this place wnd it's employees are a joke. Wakes in to 5 employees doing nothing and ignoring me. Took a manager to come out o tell grown adults to acknowledge the customer at the counter. Young lady who attempted to take my order was all attitude. Excuse me for coming in and making you do something. An elderly woman had been waiting on her food forever. The woman expressed she had been waiting on her food for a very long time and the same.young lady told her "yeah, I'm getting it" with her stank attitude. This chick's attitude was completely piss poor. I ended up leaving over her miserable attitude and the ridiculous wait and middle aged adults doing nothing. This isn't the first time. I tried this same place a month ago and at 1130am the dining room was locked so I went through the drive thru and it Took the 5 minutes to say anything. Worst Wendy's in town.
Employees were mean and nasty cussing each other out. Threatening each other very bad experience will never go there again.
