Worst Wendy’s ever! I’m gluten free and travel a lot. I always count on Wendy’s to have good food and understand the issue of gluten free. Not this Wendy’s. And a very “unwelcoming “ Wendy’s. First thing you see when you walk in are signs that say “should you stay or should you go”….I almost went. The lobby is very uninviting. There is no menu posted, only little laminated cards with no prices. You can use the kiosk, or eventually someone will come to the entrance and take your order. I asked if they had could do a lettuce wrap. Absolutely not. Ok ….do you by chance have a gluten free bun(I have been at random Wendy’s that carry them). No the Manager says nothing here is gluten free. Really, I said, I’m sure your beef is gluten free…I was about to start in on the lettuce, tomatoes, etc but I was hungry. After several tries she took our order. The food was good but the vanilla frosty was tasteless. Very small lobby and most of the lobby is shared with the bathroom hallway. Lovely to sit in the hallway to the bathrooms and eat your lunch. Horrible lobby design……probably designed to send you to the drive through. Although after reading the drive through reviews don’t think I’ll be visiting this Wendy’s again. Their manager should read Wendy’s own postings about their no gluten ingredient options!
Worst hamburgers ever. Wendy's use to be my go to place. But not anymore. I stopped eating there several years ago because the hamburger was crunchy. I stopped in today hoping it had changed. I was so dis appointed it hasn't changed. I blame the manager. The patties should have been thrown out and never served to the public.
90% positive they Cooked one of my burgers in the deep fryer, because the first one was great and the second one was extra oily with no flavor and upset my stomach afterwards.
Sunday evening, wasn't busy at all I was the only one in the drive-thru, nowhere near closing time.
The is most pathetic fast food place I have ever been too!!!! I got home and my order was all wrong !!! Plus the patty was hard as a rock !! I was supposed to have 2 of the double stacks !!! I only received 2 jr hambergers!! I wouldn’t give this rock hard patty to my dog!!!! Plus they will not answer the dam$ phone!!!! So unprofessional!! I can hear someone picking up the phone then hanging up on me!!!! Please Do not go here!!!! Waste of money !!!
We really like eating at Wendy's in general. But this Wendy's can't seem to get the orders straight even after you have complained. The cook doesn't seem to read and or double check when fixing the food. The last 4 times we have been at this Wendy's something is ALWAYS missing off the breakfast sandwiches we order...either it is the bacon or the egg and cheese. You would think when you have to bring it to their attention they would want to TRY harder and not to make the same mistake again. Nope! This last time I didn't even bother going back in to let them know they had left the egg and cheese off their Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich. I don't think we will go back to this Wendy's and go to the Chick-fil-a across the street.....at least they get their orders correct.
Don’t know what issue the morning manager with the glasses and hair in a braids deal is with me, but I’ve been going to get breakfast basically once or twice a week because it’s close to home and I work 12s…I alwayssssssss ask for a few hot sauce packets….please tell me why she never puts more than 4, and today she gave me ONE lmaoooo like come on now. Just rude, sorry you hate your job but it is YOUR job….your not the only one who hates working, so fake it like we all do and just give me my dang hot sauces
Manager was yelling at the younger people on her shift while the dining room was full of customers. Not very professional and would hate to have to work with her. She also has a habit of closing the drive through at 11:00 even though it says 12:00 online.
Visited 2 times. In 2 days yesterday ordered a breakfast baconator was asked to pull forward with no one else in line soda not given at window. Waited 6 and a half minutes with no one else in line . Finally had to leave for a appointment after paying and receiving nothing. Today I thought I would give another chance stopped at 1 pm no one else in line. Ordered a single cheese mayo only. I was ready when got to drive window.drove out reached in bag to take a bite. Covered on ketchup. Returned told drive thru order was wrong tried to give it back. Told I can't take it back and slammed the window. Last time ever be there
