I always come here and the crispy chicken sandwiches are so inconsistent sometimes they are delicious and sometimes they suck. This one was by far the worst experience I had. Bad lettuce on my chicken sandwiches and a small peace that doesn’t even cover the whole sandwich, barely any mayo. I ordered a large chili and it wasn’t even full for the price I expect it to be fuller than what it was.
Very sad saucy nuggets. I expected the saucy nuggs to actually be saucy but they were not so saucy. The staff was also very sad.
I've gone here for 20+ years, not too far from work. I have had almost no issues and the service has always been quick.
The salads are actually really good too.
The staff has always been friendly but remain focused on getting customers food. Although I have never tried any breakfast.
This is the best Wendy's ever. The food is right, bathroom is clean and doesn't require you to do a pee pee dance till you get a secret code from anyone, and it plays real Country music. Everyone who works here is so nice. I had a serpentine belt issue where basically a plastic handle inside my car holding a pulley in place decided to fall out and get lost somewhere in the road on the way there where I lost all power and ability to drive the car. I explained to the people at Wendy's what happened and asked if it was cool if I went to get stuff to fix it the next day. Instead of being like a lot of bad people who run businesses in Kent they were super friendly and understanding, was treated like a human being. I worked at a Wendy's before and it was nothing near as good as this one is. Never been to one as good either. These people allowed me the peace of mind to do a stress free bus trip around to to Autozone for a belt and Home Depot for other tools and attempt to Jumpstart the car several times until it worked and I left without threatening to ruin my life by taking the car with all my belongings in it to punish me for being a victim of it breaking down like many other places have done. I probably seemed weird checking how many times I did to make sure I was allowed there but it's because stuff like this happened before where business owners false police report on me trying to behave the total opposite way. Just wanted to say thanks for being good people and running a place God is allowed and white people are respected as equals to everyone else and not labeled the devil.
Top notch restaurant. Very attentive staff and they decorate for the "holidays". I stop there and utilize my deal through mobile ordering while my kid is around the corner during night practice. Even better right now that you can grab a drink for just a buck!
My husband and I tried to order through drive-thru on 10/27/24 at 1:35p.m. We waited behind a car for over 10 minutes and once we got to the speaker, the order-taker kept telling us to wait before ordering because there was someone at their window. We had to drive off. Very slow service and I don't have that kind of time before going to work. Corporate should be looking into the service times at this store. I have avoided this location for this very reason in the past.
Service is extremely slow and the staff does not properly communicate with customers. They are not well organized and do not treat this location as “fast” food.
I come here for lunch since work is close by. I frequently wait 20 min just to get a pre-made salad (and that’s after I order through the mobile app ahead of time too).
This location has lost my patience.

Managers are less interested in Quality Customer Service and more about showing how smart mouthed and crappy they can be. Literally asked for a receipt and was asked why - and when told her I should be given one for my proof of purchase and tax reasons, she told me they aren’t required to give one. I asked for management and was told
“I am the manager”….
Not going there again, that’s for sure!!!!! ????
