Absolute garbage! I ordered delivery from this store about a month ago and the meat was absolutely black, like it should have been in a museum. We didn't even receive the entire order, they shorted us two chicken sandwiches. Ordered a baked potato, they didn't send a single condiment, no butter no sour cream, nothing. Fries were cold like they had been sitting there for an hour or so. I will NEVER order from this dump again. I would give zero stars if I could. Doordash offered to give me at least a partial refund but Wendy's refuses to pay it. Absolute BS.
Not only did it seem like the food sat out but the amount of fries they gave was laughable. Wasn’t even half orders lol. Doing the absolute least.
Ordered a small chili and found a huge piece of hamburger in it, looks like they just cooked the hamburger and thru it in with tomato sauce. I didn't like the chili at all. They use a nasty tomato sauce and it doesn't give it a good flavor. Won't be ordering again. Absolutely disgusting. Their chicken sandwich also tastes dry and fries are not great.
Thieves.. pay for a large and get a kids small in a large container. Burger undercooked and pink in the middle.
My local wendys, so it's the one I've been to the most, always late shift, whether it be doordash or drive through the order is never correct, tried ordering the new pineapple frosty and was told all it is is flavoring, so didn't expect an issue getting a white frosty, turns out it was just a vanilla frosty. Service is always trash. Hopefully early shift at wendys is even slightly better..
The people running this place at night are the laziest people I've ever encountered. Half the time they literally just ignore you until leave. Tonight they had a truck so they just blocked off the drive thru so they wouldn't have to take orders. Absolutely everyone from the management down should be fired and replaced with people who are actually willing to work.
Oh boy. So to start off with , the employees I've encountered should not be in the hospitality business, no smile , rude " what do you want" and the order is never right and worst of all they don't use the real chicken anymore it's like a nasty patty or nugget... No more Wendy's for me ????
Me and my Husband wanted to swing by to try the new Krabby Patty Meal. First off the lady in the drive-thur is absolutely so rude. No greeting just “What do you want” but I understand being busy and working in fast food can be stressful so I was still excited for my food. Once I got my food me and my husband took one bite and threw everything away. It’s was so nasty we ended up going somewhere else and sadly wouldn’t be returning. Management need to fix the staffs attitude and the food????????Also $22 for food we threw away is ridiculous
