This is the best Wendy's in the area. They're always friendly at the drive-thru, even during peak times, which can be very busy. The food is hot and fresh, and my order is always correct. Even when I've used a food delivery service, they pack it with care and make sure it's tamper proof. I highly recommend this location, as well as ordering the Baconator.
I really enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich, fries and frosty! Good food at a good price. The fries were nice and crispy and hot. Couldn't be better. The sandwich was just spicy enough, meaty and juicy. The Frosty was only $1. What's not to love?! Service was pleasant, helpful and fast. Way to go! The only thing I would change would be to wash those beautiful glass doors more often and make that bright, open spacious dining room sparkle! Those cleaning touches make a difference. I really enjoyed this Wendy's and I would stop here often. If I lived in this area. Give them a try! I think you'll be glad.
We stop here on our way back and forth from bowling green to michigan to pick up our daughter. Their chili is always good. They have had baked potatoes every time we’ve went. This is unusual for Wendy’s we have been to lately so good job at this one.
Not enough urgency for a lunch rush! And if your in the middle of a lunch rush why are employees stopping to look at and touch their phone then go back to touching food no glove change or nothing?????
If there were more Wendy’s in employees like Adrian I would be here everyday! Excellent customer service skills and seemed effortless. Thank you for the help.
Stopped in on a Saturday, all the crew was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Food came out super fast, right, and fresh. Brittney at the front counter brought the tray to where I was sitting rather than just ringing the bell and calling my number. It was a nice touch. Thanks to everyone
Wonderful customer service experience! The delightful crew member took very great care of me as a vegan. She had my fries cooked in a separate fryer. Perfect for random stop near the interstate.
Was at the tail end of a small rush and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the window and heard an employee shouting positive encouragement to the rest of the staff. Hearing an actual “good job everyone, you’re doing great” is really refreshing in this day and age of high stress and high expectations. Seems like a small detail, but it’s the small things that count.
The food is still too expensive though.
