As i went to write this review I noticed i gave this place 3 stars 8years ago because of my wife and kids I end up keep going back. after today I just can't. The spicy chicken sandwich I received with my order was anything but edible and seemed as if it was not cooked more than just to give it the appearance of being done. For all the talk of their fresh prepared foods I want want it that fresh. im gonna go throw up now. stay away from this location.

I worked here for a good two months, my co-workers were chill but the managers here will barely try to properly train their minor employees, and I knew it wasn't just me when everybody else as well was complaining. Managers honestly just don't care about the workers so probably the customers too. unless you can read minds and have expierence with dealing with Mexican moms, try not to apply to work here because they will get mad at everything you didn't do that you didn't even know. mean managers. (but shout-out to that one girl who actually took 5 minutes to teach me the system and how the dishes had to be cleaned) food always good though lol

Horrible experience from ordering and the order was given wrong. I asked for hot chocolate Woman said how many creams thinking hey maybe it’s something new I said two creams and then I asked for a bacon Nader and my sister asked for Swiss cheese on a croissant and then the Cinnabon she asked for a Cinnabon and they said how many she said one and then what did we get? Oh well I wish this was a TikTok the bacon was not a baconador but a bacon and egg the with no bacon literally sandwich. My sister ordered was not on a queso and it was no bacon so it’s getting worse. the sausage was not something that she wanted, but she ended up having to eat it and then the Cinnabon was missing from the package and of course the coffee seriously my hot chocolate came as coffee and it’s not drinkable and my sister’s drink is also a coffee and she thinks it’s not very palatable so I think this is the last time I’m coming to this one

I saw their free Fry-days marketing promo and decided to give them a try since I haven't had their fries in years. I remember them being thicker from a while back.

A co-worker went to pick them up so they were not "fresh" from the fryer/heat lamp which would leave most fries pretty inedible. But I was pleasantly surprised by these. They reminded me of 5 guys fries but a little better.

I ordered at the drive through and was "rushed" to place my order. After paying, I checked and did not receive an item or my receipt so I went back in to confirm.

Employee said they did not hear my order and didn't have a copy of the receipt nor did they offer to see if I wanted my item so I walked out. Without a receipt I can't even place a complaint on the website.

It's simply disappointing because I've been going there for 20+ years and never experienced this

missing burger! 1/2 filled cold fries! items prepared wrong. terrible! and the price charged by GrubHub is few dollars more than actual receipt!
