Honestly food was god awful. Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Workers don’t give a shit, food was cold, waited forever with only 3 people in the place. Homophobic slurs were said by a worker. Guy serving me had waves tho which was fire, he needs to learn how to put the fries in the bag though.
Food was horrific, workers were also horrific, my Diet Coke was 1% syrup if that, took 20 minutes to get 2 items. My paw immidiately spit out his food. Took 3 asks to get my drink in the first place, don’t come here. Homophobic slurs were also said during the experience, when our group ordered more food the worked with waves decided to shout slurs to himself.
I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but this was disappointing.
Went through the drive through, I ordered 2 jr cheeseburgers… they were cold, legit cold. At first I thought maybe it was just the roll & lettuce.. nope.. both burgers. Disgusting, not to mention the 6oz’s of ketchup on them. Kid in the drive thru was nice, but you could tell it was a free for all of kids goofing around in the kitchen. Food was just nasty. Disappointed.
They forgot my order. Gave my mom cold fries..
The salad was HORRIBLE. and the crying /screaming noises from the back are disgraceful. Seriously is this a middle school or a food service place .
Had to go thru the drive thru since the dinning room was closed. Ordered the biggie meal deal. The fries,chicken nuggets cold. They could've thrown them back in fryer to warm them up. Asked for sauce,which I was probably charged for and never got.the buger was cold but tasty.
The management of Wendy's should hang their heads in shame for allowing the inside of this restaurant to be so dirty, both in front of and behind the counter. Guess their philosophy is to not worry about the inside when most customers use the drive-through nowadays.
This used to enjoy this Wendy's location to get a combo meal, salad, baked potato or chili. The past few times I have been here I have been a massive let down. Part of the challenge of using the drive-tru is managing to make it beyond the craters and potholes. Then I get home with my order to discover, on several occasions, that my order got messed up and I received the wrong burger or something was not included from the order.
For the amount I recently paid for the latest ordered meal I could have gone elsewhere and paid a bit more, like to a local restaurant and got everything done correctly. Wendy's may like to offer new and exciting sandwiches, but what is the point when you don't receive what is ordered?
I only give this two stars because my burger was actually tasty.

EDIT (5-15-2022): Well, at least the parking lot and drive through no longer have potholes and craters.
every single time i’ve come here in the past 2 years, the fries are cold, old, and inedible. i used to work in fast food and idk how yall are not embarrassed to serve food this poor in quality. it’s really not rocket science.
