I usually would go to Wendy's to get their spicy chicken related items. This time around (October 9th, 2024), I went to get the SpongeBob Krabby Patty meal. I couldn't really tell if there was the Krabby patty sauce inside the burger. Taste wise, I wouldn't notice the difference between this and a regular hamburger.
The main highlight was the Pineapple Mango frosty. That was very tasty and smooth. Fries are fries which is normal if you like a more potato taste.
Customer service wise, the food was on time when I picked it up. Only downside was that they ran out of the SpongeBob collaboration stickers which is a big L since it was only 1-2 days into the start of the Spongebob x Wendy's event.
I got the nuggets for free with the coupon on the Wendy's app which is a big plus. Large soda drink was only 1 dollar plus tax which is amazing pricing.
Overall, this SpongeBob Krabby Meal was a bit of a disappointment. I believe that the frosty was the only thing new and interesting. You would think the Krabby Patty meal would be known for its burger like in the TV show but that wasn't the case. Wendy's for sure is worth the price to food ratio which is always nice when it comes to filling you up.
I don’t know her name, but I absolutely adore the friendly Hispanic lady in the drive-through. She has a smile that can light up a room. She just seems so genuine.
Wendy’s by far has the best mainstream fast food. It’s actually the only fast food I will eat.
I've always liked Wendy's,the service woman at this place,was (of course). No exception, though,in fact it was, excellent,and I got needed directions, putting a good face on a +20year dear memory, exclusively included.It always was excellent,and in. my opinion,can only become more so.
Every time you come to this Wendy’s, they are out of something or the system isn’t working to take your discount from the app, which is unfair today when I came they were taking cash only then they were like. Can you pull up for us to get you your cold you know it’s morning time you should have what it takes or you need to make the product. It’s ridiculous. Don’t come to this one!
I've been standing at the front waiting to get my order taken for over 10 minutes. I've repeated my order to the guy over 5 times and he still kept getting it wrong and having to get his manager. I understand needing help, but why put someone who's brand new by himself? It's not fair to him or your customers.
I've always been partial to Wendy's with their varied menu offering salads & baked potato. My favorites are their chicken sandwich, fries, iced tea and Frosty. The orange frosty lacked flavor for me. Service was great, they tried to be as fast as they can with a line of drive through and dine in customers. The place is clean, even the condiments area.
The night crew can't seem to get things right and they don't care about correcting their mistakes. My salad was incorrectly made without the avocado on it that it comes with and when I called they just put the phone down for 10 minutes talking to each other no one got back on the phone it wasn't busy because it was before close.
This event is Thursday, June 13th at 6:13 p.m . How many times have I been bullied by an employee to take the food I ordered. They have no respect for customers. Because I ordered 3 sandwiches with 3 drinks online. He said this didn't come to us, showing me my name. I went back and asked them where they were and they gave me 3 sandwiches and they rudely replied that they didn't have anything to drink for the 3 sodas I paid for. I called them back and didn't get a satisfactory answer. I found the staff to be rude and the restaurant manager even worse . I found Wendys in Smith Street to be disrespectful to customers . I don't even go back to them when all the restaurants are closed and I want to starve to death.
