So a cold afternoon and nothings better than Wendy's chilling, right? Not at this Wendy's. Asked for a large chili and they Said all they have a small so I order two smalls and ice tea. Got to the window, paid for my meal she handed me my tea it wasn't sweet. So I asked her to change it out she did with no problem. Dod not have to wait to long and my chili was in plastic containers when I took it out It spilled everywhere . As seen in the picture. A d ot just tasted like tomato soup. Parking lot is dirty. I will never come to this place again may just give up on Wendy's for good.
Very nasty, disgusting place. Do not go there, Do not eat there. They serve food that could be contaminated. Thawed foods refrozen, then thawed again, cooked and served to customers. Bad meat put in the chili and the manger said it's ok. Very, very disgusting and someone will get sick eventually!
So I get here and really have to use the restroom and the mobile app says that the lobby is open so I place a mobile order. I go to open the door and it's locked so now that I have to go to drive through, there's now three more cars in front of me. Once I get to the speaker, they tell me that they're only doing doordash orders. I have had enough with the incompetence of managers of fast food establishments. I will not come back to this location and I implore others not to, as well.
pulled up and waited 10 minutes for an order wirh cold fries. Then got a door dash order, got the notification that the order was ready and pulled up and waited for 13 minutes, which makes it look bad on me, like I took forever after receiving the order.
Sat in the drive over 30 mins waiting on my order around 9:15pm. It was a mobile order at that. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins. I had to tell her I had a mobile order. Terrible service all the way around. It was at atleast 5-6 employee in the building. I’m not sure why it was taking so long. Or inefficient employees. But 30 mins for a fast food order is insane.
I had a online order showed up 15 minutes later,they had dining room closed a hour early,went thru drive thru couldn't find order,had to wait 10 minutes in parking lot to go back through drive thru to have to tell them my order rwice only to get home to a double baconnador with no bacon cold fries,do yourself a favor don't visit Wendy on a Saturday night be worse service ever
Sat in drive thru for 27 mins just to order a egg and cheese English muffin. Finally receive it only to be unable to eat it because it was hard as a rock. Should have done as the other cars and pulled away. I understand being understaffed but why give out inedible food.
Well the food was ok and you see how little they look in pics.
