I went to try the new saucy nugs on my way home. The sign clearly read make it a combo $1
But when I got to the window it was a few dollars more. I tried to tell the cashier that the price didn’t match the sign and she was rude to me. She got a manager and the manager told me I read the sign wrong. I said maybe so I’m going to pull around and relook at it before I leave. Paid the increased price for my food. Manager said she would go look at sigh. As I got my food I’m fairly sure I saw the manager person leaving in their car. I drove back around and took photo of sign and the workers inside got on the line telling me I was wrong and I stayed I’m taking a photo to show you. I could hear workers insulting me over the speaker. I checked with another Wendy’s and their sign had correct amount to make a combo. I was told at the other Wendy’s a general manager would call me but haven’t so far. I went by today and the sign is not corrected with right price of around $4 to make it a combo but they sure did delete the $1. Wendy’s has not contacted and apologized for insulting me or manager saying they would look but really not caring.
Host David provided an excellent customer service. The whole crew had a positive attitude and were efficient.
David recommended a really spicy new hot sauce, and I loved it. We will be visiting Wendy's more often from now on.

Wendy's is Wendy's, but the people who work at this location are amazing. David is an absolute delight and the manager (didn't get her name, unfortunately) was so sweet. They were having a rough time with some computer issues preventing them from ringing people up, but they handled it like champs and made our whole day with how great they were.
Always come here at least once a month. Went yesterday 10/ 5 24 in the morning and per usual a great experience. Manager is so nice and keeps this place clean. Food was awesome. I'll be returning soon
They are more expensive than a sit down meal for two for a salad and a drink. Their drinks always taste strange (self serve). They close off garbage cans, so they don't have to empty more than a couple. It's sad they have gone downhill so badly. You honestly can get better food for a better price at Chilli's!
Absolutely horrible experience. It’s 10:19pm on 22 January 2024. We pull up to Wendy’s and menu board lights are off. This OBVIOUSLY Leads you to believe the place is closed. After waiting about 1.5 Minutes and saying “Hello” a few times we finally get someone to the window with lousy customer service. Upon waiting for our food for about 8 minutes we receive the following…: see picture.
Once again with this particular location we've received subpar food and service. We arrived at around 9:55pm 24 September 2024 and made our order. We asked for it to be made fresh. Being that I've worked for Wendy's before, this made it obvious to me that they nuked our food instead of making it fresh. Fries were cold and we were told they were fresh as if cold fries are hard to recognize. We called to speak with a manager and received "Janiya". She explained to me that there was no reason to lie to me about the food as if my concerns weren't worthy of further discern. This is the second time we've been to this location and been disappointed. Pure laziness. Stay away at all costs!
My husband got half way through his chicken sandwich and said the texture was weird, turned on the dome light and it was completely raw. First meal off of the airplane for a family vacation so that was great. Waited in line for over 15 mins and we went through the drive thru.
