This was my first time ever going to a Wendy’s, anywhere, anytime.
It started off kind of rough as the staff member was not very friendly. As a customer, when I say to the person standing behind the counter “hi, how’s it going?”, some sort of friendly banter, besides a blank stare would be good. At that point, I asked if he was OK…
The food, however, was phenomenal. Way better than the other fast food hamburger type places I have gone to throughout my life. I had a single burger, a medium fry, and a dream sickle Frosty. Very happy with the food. Definitely recommend Wendy’s if you want a good burger quickly .
Whoever was working cash register tonight..amazing. I lead a team at a restaurant myself and I’m impressed on how she handles a rush, communicates with her team and just gets things done leaving guests happy. A round of applause. It’s not easy. Good for management for having her on their team.
Absolutely disgusting! My burger was burnt to a crisp, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The entire place felt dirty and unsanitary. I can't believe this is how they serve food to customers.
Plenty of seating just seemed to be a little
Unorganized, as far as orders for pickup for the business owner would probably want to prioritize that, along with as many people that are behind the counter to deal with the people that are actually working, but other than that, the ariels was clean plenty of seating. Pretty nice environment.Can't complaint?Great place to go grab something to eat
There is a beautiful black queen who I believe is the supervisor there she has a lovely accent. Anytime she is on the clock I’ve noticed the food is always how it should be when she isn’t there it’s like a completely different place. Thank you to her for making a difference I see you and you deserve appreciate and a raise????????????
no drive through. you have to go inside. they were doing the spongebob promotion and all the jellyfish decorations were hanging directly off of the fire sprinklers. they also have a fruit fly infestation.
Came in and everybody looked like a deer in headlights because I actually wanted a person at the register instead of ordering at the kiosk. Apparently the new generation can't handle simple interactions. Ordered the Krabby Patty meal, there was hardly any pineapple in it. It was basically just a vanilla frosty which I don't like to begin with. They should blend it like the strawberry one. Krabby Patty was okay but didn't have hardly any of the sauce on it so basically it was just a Dave's burger. We asked for extra sauce they said they would have to charge for it. Their fries were good that's about it. Don't recommend this new fad trap and don't recommend this location. Gave it two stars just for the fries.
First time I went to this Wendy's. My son and I both ended up getting sick on the way home. We both have food allergies but typically Wendy's is safe for us depends on what we ordered. Apparently nothing was safe at this Wendy's.
