I've never had my food cold or order wrong.
Yup, we live in a world where when you do the literal bare minimum, you are now excelling.
Also, the food is a delicious guilty pleasure.
But you honestly came here just to make sure they actually give you your order. They do.
I am quite disappointed with my experience today. I placed an order through Uber, and while my driver delivered one of the many missing items, I had to send a co-worker to retrieve the remaining food. To my astonishment, he encountered the manager, who claimed that we had not ordered the rest of the items. This was particularly frustrating, as I had just spoken with the manager, who assured me that everything would be prepared. Not only was the service rude, but the order was still incomplete.
Service is below standard the Service is is way below standard. They don't pay attention to the order being placed. When I tried to get the correct order the person in the drive thru window started screaming at me and the manager on duty a young black guy also showing out the window ii think they need to be unemployed. I have gone back 2 more times everyone working were dancing having a party. I asked for the corporate number I was given a number for some spam number. Whom ever is in charge of this store should shut it down and receive a fine.
Our order had 26 items missing from our order. When me and my hungry coworkers called to rectify the situation and not only was the order messed up again, the manager was rude about it. Sadly, I'll be purchasing my spicy nuggies elsewhere.
I ordered delivery from the Wendys website. The order arrived and and half of the food was missing , I called the restaurant and was told to call door dash and they would start the refund process , all I wanted was what we ordered. The manager would not give the food in the drive thru and was told to come in to get the food . The order was still missing some food . I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location
What happened to the spicy chicken sandwich? Used to be my absolute favorite. Thick and juicy went to thin and dry as hell! The frosty at least was still tasty.
Horrible service and rude manager on the phone. Missed 26 nuggets for our order and a fry. When we came back to pick up the missed items it was missed AGAIN missing nuggets a second time!!!!!!!! He said he wrote it down what we are missing but then did it a second time and acted like it was our fault...Will make sure everyone is aware of our experience.
