I had the displeasure of visiting this location. The drive-through time was very poor, and not to mention there was a manger in the front of the store smoking. I will not be revisiting this location. I ordered something simple, and it looked horrible. I simply threw it away on my way home it did not look fresh at all. Please see the attached picture ???? ????
Extremely dirty place. Brought my family in, paid for $30 in food and threw it away by the time it was done. The order ended up being wrong anyway. Went to wash my hands and the paper towel dispenser was empty and open, there was a soggy roll of towels on the sink and the toilet seat was laying in the floor. There was an old spilled drink on the floor. Won’t be back.
I have lived in Holly Springs for 8 years now and I have to say, the Wendy’s on Grand Hill Pl is outstanding. They seldom get my order wrong and if they do, they correct immediately. I have never had a bad experience with staff either. They are always polite and friendly. I went there tonight to get a Frosty and again, the staff was friendly and polite despite the fact it was late evening. There is a McDonald’s closer to me, but it’s worth the longer drive to get Wendy’s. Not only is the food better, the service is better as well. Keep up the great service!!!
Late night drive thru. It was a little slow but I suspect there were large orders ahead of me. A sign indicated they sell 8lbs bags of ice. This was AWESOME. I was very much in need. I ordered 4 bags of ice! I must have caught them by surprise because it took a few minutes but happy they came through. The frosty was awesome too!
So I used Uber eats for Wendy’s don’t even bother going to this place. Food was cold. Chicken sandwich was super small and not tasty at all. French fries were cold and not like they used to have not sure if they changed the recipe or it was just the person cooking my advice. Do not go to this location.
They didn't have one of the items for the 2 for 3. The soda fountain had flat soda. The new girl didn't know how to work the register.
But they were all very nice and helped the best they could.
This was a management problem.
The staff ignored me for 10 minutes when I was asking for a drink tray for my 7 drinks, then was told they had none and they gave me one plastic bag to put them in. I then had to wait another 5 to ask for another bag because I didn’t the room for all of them. And every time I asked someone they completely ignored me. Even the manager ignored me ( I’m guessing due to the fancy Wendy’s shirt). Due to all this waiting my food was cold. Not only was waiting really annoying but the atmosphere was terrible. In the ordering station or whatever you call it, only one tv was working and no one was up there taking orders for people, I saw multiple people walk out because they we’re waiting for so long. So maybe if you go to this Wendy’s maybe go through the drive through you might have hot and ready food. ????♀️
Order kids meal with a bottled water because it says it comes with bottled water and I get handed a cup these kids need to learn when you work somewhere you follow the rules follow the way it’s supposed to be not be lazy and play on your phone and not care about the customer It’s pretty sad. My fries are nearly frozen and my hamburger feels like it’s been in the refrigerator for a couple hours The way things are never going back again.
