Best WLM Reviews
Tiny, crunchy, hard pieces of bacon that fell out with every bite. Sandwich drenched in mayo. That's their idea of extra. Fries room temp and floppy. They'd been sitting around for a while. Not a good meal.
This time was okay we prefer the one in Scottsburg they are awesome and great Salem the last time we were there they had flies in there we ordered chili and there was nothing but water down juice there was no meat in there and maybe 5 or 6 beans and out of crackers big disappointment from years past when it used to be very thick and good
The baconator turned out to be the saddest burger I've ever seen. The bacon might as well be non existent and, for whatever reasons, this location is entirely unable to manage their fries. They're either half cooked, or very old every single time. Shameful for what they charge.
Cashier tipped the order on the table. Very meh. Atmosphere. McDonald’s is across the street go there.
The quality is constantly poor, but on this visit it reached truly terrible. Our sandwiches had no lettuce. I'd assume they may have been out, but just omitting something you pay for without telling you is, in a word, theft. Aside from that, the buns were stale and soggy. It showed that those working didn't care about doing their jobs well. To be the worst isn't the goal to reach for, but they're sure in the running. Still bad after a long while. They need to stop advertising baked potatoes if they aren't ever going to have them. Employees are totally apathetic. I'd give a negative score if I could.
Absolute horrible service. Cold fries so salty they're inedible. Nearly a 15 to 20 minute wait for a $70 order that was mostly inedible, far from fresh, and then refusal of replacements. Management will hang up on you, refuse to give you their name or upper management details, answer the phone only to hang it back up, then take the phone off the hook so it will ring busy.
District management doesn't seem to be any better at following up with complaints. Extremely disappointed in what this restaurant has become and what Wendy's of Bowling Green accepts from their managers now.
Food was good and a good price. Got 2 of the $ 5.00 total. around $11.00. Got 2 large Strawberry Frosties. The cost $8.00 for 2. I thought that was a little pricey for the size. Not a big as they used to be.
So we tried to order online but when we got there they told us they were out of big patties so we paid for nothing. So next we tried to order the food in person and then it was still slow and we had to wait about 6 minutes for them to cook fries. The food is fine but everything else sucks.
