Don’t go here these people don’t understand what a SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE MUFFIN COMBO IS. I had already went back once because they gave me a nasty greasy sandwhich with only egg, sausage and muffin no cheese. I drove all the way to Indiana thinking my order was right since I already came back ONCE FOR TO FIX MY SANDWICH !!! SHE ASKED WHAT DID I HAVE I TOLD HER WHAT IT WAS AND STILL GOT THE WRONG SANDWICH!!!! Look at that grease on that thing I’ll have a heart attack just by eating this.
Let me preface by saying how much I enjoy Wendy's. I remember as a young kid when they were a new fast food burger joint how fresh and tasty they were. This is the closest location to where I live, and because of that I've given them more chances than they deserve. This location is horrible. If you want a good hot sandwich with fresh vegetables don't come here. If you want hot fries, don't come here. If you want decent customer service, don't come here. You'll be better off going miles outa your vicinity to go to a different location. I'm done giving them chances, I'll wait for new management because reading other reviews that's not far away. Save your money and don't come here and deal with bad food and poor customer service.
Wasn’t the greatest Wendy’s experience. The ground was littered with napkins and it wasn’t clean. We had a homeless guy coming in as well begging for money so not a great area. The food was okay but overall meh experience and I probably won’t be back.
I'm especially giving this 4 stars because of the cool guy who brought our food to our car???? Seriously though, we ordered pretzel Baconators, and they were good, BUT they really need to squeeze the grease out of thier burgers better. They were SOOOOO greasy! They're gonna give an old gal a heart attack. Otherwise, the food was hot and fresh. Props to them for disinfecting thier dine in area. I can appreciate that.
I went there for the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, there's just something about that sandwich that wasn't good. The bun by itself tasted great, the mozzarella by itself tasted great and the chicken by itself tasted great but all together it was not a good experience. I opted to go for the garlic fries as an upgrade and absolutely regret it. Terrible choice. Pepsi was good.
I ordered online, they were taking all day to address me, I pull up to the drive thru window, and the manager makes me go back around behind 3 cars and serves me cold food. The ignorance of some people, who pays for something they aren’t coming to get. The idiot manager could have said pull up please it will be a moment, not give cold food!!!
Terrible customer service. I understand having to close for certain circumstances but i don’t under being rude to someone who’s being polite to you. I get that customer service jobs are hard but never should anyone get disrespected for no reason.
This place is horrible, never again. I went here twice this week but couldn't get service they were only taken cash. Which the have a habit of doing late at night so they can pocket the cash. The line was wrap around the building both times to find out, cash only when you get to the window. So I left both times, so me thinking maybe the third time will be the charm. I went early and I placed a mobile order. There was a young light skin uneducated lady had the nasty attitude and the food was trouble nothing was fresh. Everything was old and cold. I will be driving out the way next time. On don't let me forget the ghetto choir in the background playing and having a good time.
