Avoid this place at all cost. To have a business in Phoenix during the summer with no Air Conditioning and and a non-working swamp cooler (see picture)is completely inexcusable. It's about 90 degrees inside the restaurant.
I can't see myself coming back to this place ever again.
I have never been to a restaurant that gets my order wrong on a consistent basis, they've ignored my request to take stuff off, they've forgotten to put stuff on my burger, they even forgot to give me burger one time. The food (except the chili) is always absolutely garbage but I work close so I always end up making the same mistakes time and time again coming to this location. some of the staff are nice and others are absolutely the opposite. if I didn't work so close I'd never come to this location ever again.
Service has always been great. I ordered a Biggie bag chicken sandwich, and the chicken patty was as hard a hockey puck. Unfortunately, I'm too tired to go back and gas prices are crazy right now. I'm going to sleep on an empty stomach tonight. ????
I keep giving them a chance but the mess up every time. They won't pick up the phone and they really don't seem to care the quality of the food.
They were nice, food was good, but they forgot my Boo Books, and I did not notice until I got all the way home. I purchased them for an event at work tomorrow! When I tried calling them, the phone does not work. Even calling corporate, you are on hold forever. I don't have the time for this. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE-THRU!!
9/5/23 1300hrs $8.68. And I ordered an apple pecan chicken blue cheese pomegranate vinaigrette salad! Chicken cooked to perfection, blue cheese was moist and fresh. Salads fresh and crisp. I would definitely order this again! Fast and friendly cashier Charles!
Three stars just for getting my order right. Obnoxious employees at the window, like always. Just go to Culver's or for God sake Applebee's at this point. You couldn't get a lamer experience hahahaha.
Both times I've went my order got messed up. tonight I'm missing multiple items and when I tried calling the store. they hung up immediately then unplugged the phone- now all im getting is a dial tone. tired of getting ripped off. the least they could do is pick up the phone. it would be such an easy resolve. pretty unprofessional on your guys' end. hoping I can get in contact with someone soon otherwise I'm gonna dispute it with my bank instead.
