We eat at this location regularly and it is usually good. Unfortunately, when we got our food on 12/5/24 and it was absolutely disgusting. The chili was watery, our double stack tasted overly salty, we also had fries and nuggets and all of the food was cold. The only thing that was fine was the frosty. I'm incredibly disappointed with this awful standard for their food.
The food is always hot and fresh. Quality is usually spot on. The music being played is awful and it really detracts from the atmosphere. So much so my wife has said we can no longer dine in at this establishment. The drink machine was off on this visit as well. Something was definitely wrong with the mix because every drink I tried tasted like a diet one. Management tried to fix it, I tried for some cream soda and it put out a half cup and stopped. That’s the real issue with these machines. When they work they are great. When they are down, they create a chokehold on customers trying to get a drink.
This Wendy's has been around for a long time. I'm talking early to mid 1970s. It has a very strange dining room layout and would be a lot more enjoyable if the tables were arranged in such a way that it was more suited for small groups. The narrow countertop seating across from the gas fireplace is a wasted space. Then the middle of the dining room is a big empty area. The single occupancy rest room is too tiny to "whip a Cat". Honestly, when I entered the men's room I could pp, wash my hands, dry my hands all without moving over half a step. No room for a family with small children, or a handicap person. The front counter is too low and you see more than you want to see behind the counter. This store is stingy with condiments unless you ask someone at the counter. The single ice dispenser sits empty because the fancy soda dispenser has ice so just get rid of the empty ice dispenser, please. People take their cup to it expecting ice and it doesn't work. This tells people that the place is under managed or the owner is too tight to fix things when they break. There is even a 1970s solarium on the south side of the building. Nobody has those outdated things anymore. Seriously, this Wendy's needs to be torn down turned around, and completely rebuilt. The outdoor seating area is also a problem area with people mostly on foot, hitchhikers, or who knows who is just loitering and unsafe to be eating out there with your family, for myself that is. I like Wendy's but it's the furthest restaurant from my house if I want a quick bite and it's just not very convenient for me or for 75% of the local population. Build a new one. Seriously, this building is totally backwards on the property. The drive through lane is right in the middle of the parking lot causing a traffic fur ball. The drive through line should be stacked up on the outer perimeter of the parking lot next to the highway. Build a new Wendy's, preferably a little closer to Walmart.
You cannot beat the quality of Wendy’s when it comes to fast food! We always receive speedy service and delicious food! We visit at least once a week.
Me and my family were on the way out of town. And we spent $60 in the drive thru and they messed up both of our orders separate orders. I called the store. No one got in contact with me for 2 weeks for them. To tell me that there is nothing they can do about it. I live in North Carolina so I was passing through. Instead of the manager listening, the manager wanted to argue with me and tell me what I did and did not have or ordered on my food.It was all incorrect
Ordered a hamburger and requested 4 items on it . Got only 2 of what I ordered and got 2 items that I ask them please not to put them on my burger but I got them anyway and it was also cold. As I was sitting there waiting on it , couldn’t help but notice how dirty the drive thru was. I’ll not ever eat there again.
Service was fast, place was clean, fairly busy...got a little frosty and tastes good. No real complaints - parking lot is clean as well. This location serves breakfast so that's good, too. Outdoor seating was clean and shaded.
We decided we were gonna do something different so we all ate inside the Wendy's... They were all very nice n courteous. For me a single w cheese n ketchup only suits me just fine..
