All around the worst fast food store ive ever been too, customer service is horrible they are not trained properly or at all and apparently there is no general manager there at all times which is crazy to me, so if you have an issue good luck trying to get it resolved. My order came out completely wrong and served completely cold. Kevin and Ceasar are very sketchy and i would go as far as they mess with the food as my burger did not look right and nuggets and fries legit freezing cold. I would stay away from this location. But corporate seems to be helpful and super nice so if you do have an issue call the corporate number.
I rarely go to this location bec it’s totally disgusting, but my child wanted to try the SpongeBob meal. We ordered it and paid extra for it, yet they didn’t have the pineapple frosty, didn’t have fresh pickle slices or special sauce and the french fries were refried and ice cold. If they had told me they were out of everything, I would have been ok. But they accept your money and then give you inedible food. The fountain drinks always taste and smell like they have bleach in them. The baked potatoes are cold and hard as rocks. The burgers do not taste fresh. This location needs to be shut down. Total waste of my money!
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I got home and got a completely different sandwich. Even told them I had a reward for the spicy chicken sandwich so when they scanned it why didn’t they realize that they didn’t get the order right. Now I paid for different food that I won’t eat. And now I have to go back some other day to get my sandwich. Using up my time rewards and gas. This is ridiculous. We only ordered 2 combos. How hard is it to mess up a sandwich. I can’t believe I’m getting the wrong sandwich that I won’t even eat.
When they started serving the honey butter chicken biscuit it was the best, the biscuit was just right & and the honey butter took it over the top...
Now they give you a dry,semi hard biscuit with no honey butter at all !!!
And please don't order the oatmeal raisin bar... it will break your teeth, that's how hard they are. You can nuke it for 8 or 9 seconds to soften it up.
Good service. Accurate order. Fast service. But their food was not awesome. The promo about the nuggets gives you higher expectations than what they really are. Prices is the same as always not too expensive not too cheap.
This restaurant never open on time and they seem alway have issue when they do open. I love food but never seem to open 6:30am. That inconvenience for the customer who on their way work trying to grab before going to the office. I had go somewhere else to get breakfast because I couldn't get Wendy in branchburg nj.
As a Wendy's investor I feel like I should buy Wendy's when I want fast food, but this Wendy's is poorly managed and really concerns me. I have a pretty good feeling that burgers aren't made fresh, so odds are that you're getting a sandwich that was pre-made and bread can be stale as well.
Worst wendys I've ever been to. They've messed up my order so many times and my husband waited over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and one cheeseburger and ome ice tea. They never gave me the chicken sandwich and gave a juice and not an ice tea. The whole staff should be retrained because they suck!
