I just called about the $1 junior cheeseburger special, for national cheeseburger day. They indicated that you can only purchase one burger with additional purchase. So really, that's not going to do much. Not too good of a deal when you come to think of it. You're better off going to Chili's for a nice, big burger, and some fries, chips & salsa for only $10 & change. I went the trouble of uploading the app, thinking I might get a decent deal at Wendy's, going to delete my app right now. LOL
I went to Wendy’s not that long ago today , and the drive thru service was not that well! I asked for two meal deals & they over priced it & didn’t give me the correct meal. I believe the kids name is Jorge he was rude and shoved everything in my face! Wendy’s you can do better!
Went through drive thru and ordered with a coupon, went to add more to roder and lady said we can only use 1 coupon which I don't understand her saying that when we were only using 1. Thank God I checked the bags because we were given the food for the car behind us. They take the food back and give us our right order but guess it irritates them if you ask for extra sauces and then don't give you what you ask for....now I remember why I don't come here very often.
I went through the drive thru this morning and this little girl Angie was horrible. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with medium hot coffee 2 for $3 deal. First she was trying to over charge almost $6. I let her know politely it was the 2 for 3 deal then she fixed it. I asked for 7 cream 7 sugar because their coffee is usually strong. The coffee was cold and tasted burnt like the end of the pot sitting for a while. Then as I added creamer and sure she gave me ONE sugar pack and the rest zero calorie sweetener clearly 2 different color packages. Not sure why people have attitude and STILL no effort to get a simple order right. Making $20 an hour is crazy to still be miserable at work! Let someone else with better attitude and someone who would be grateful to earn $20hr do the job. I had to throw the nasty coffee away and didn't even bother with the sandwich after that.
Unfortunatly the heavy front doors pinched my friends arm in between them and by the time we got in car she was bleeding pretty bad. Looked like she needed stiches but she was so embarassed we left abruptly.
So this is the fourth time they got our order wrong when it comes to their frosty.
I like the orange cream and my wife likes chocolate. So first two screw ups we got both chocolate and no orange cream. The third and fourth time we got both orange cream and no chocolate.
So on the Fourth time we called Wendy's and talked to the manager to complain. The manager apologized but didn't skip a beat to blame the Doordasher like it's not totally their fault. The manager agreed to giving a free frosty for the mistake. The driver who delivered our order came back with the said free frosty because he was in the neighborhood delivering another order and said he'd bring it.
I give the driver kudos for doing it.
So just the other day we ordered salads and again a frosty and yes orange cream, however we got a vanilla frosty. NO orange cream.
So the count is 5 times wrong on the frosty and ONLY 1 correct.
So watch out when you order a frosty.
The food is great but the wait time because of staffing terrible and the dining are closed
On 3/17/24 I stopped in just to use the restroom and accidentally left my wallet behind. When I called to ask if it had been found I was greatly relieved to be told, "yes". It had been found by one of their employees & when I went to pick it up found that it was completely intact with cash, credit cards untouched. I'm so grateful that there are honest people in this world! ????
