When I tell you this made me shiver - I have NEVER had this happen I’m so disgusted and grossed out . Check your chicken everyone . Gonna report this one to the health department
This happened at the broadway Wendy’s at 12pm July 24th 2024
If I hadn’t used an in app coupon I couldn’t see myself paying $7 for a basic burger. It was hot and fresh, there was a wait with no other cars around and this being my whole order. Workers were nice, smiling faces. I’ll be back but only with coupons
I wanted to grab a quick lunch for me and my daughter. I pick up the bag off my drivers seat and the bottom of the page was covered in food which in turn got on my seat. Then I look at my daughters kids meal and it had a spicy nugget in it after asking for regular. For almost $20 at a fast food restaurant for two meals I expect better quality and service than what we received.
Picked up a delivery order from this store. The crew was nice enough, basic wendys food. The store itself was nasty, though. The floors were slick and greasy and dead bugs were all over the floors. I can only imagine how the kitchen actually looks. I would never order from this location on purpose.
Went through drive-thru for a quick breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for food before inquiring about how much longer it would be. Was met with significant attitude. When I got my food 2 additional minutes later, there was raw pancake batter on my bacon croissant. I can only assume this was in retaliation for my "impatience".
Wish I could give 0 stars. Everytime I come have to wait at least 15 minutes for cold food. Went today thinking maybe it will be different, ordered 2 baconators and 2 biggie bags. Kept forgetting most of my order then gave baconators with 2 strips of bacon EACH! Then wouldn't answer the phone. Never again will I go to this location. Ten thumbs down ????????????????????
Dried up Patties . Smallest amount of fires they can give you. So stingy on fries . Order medium same size as small .yes in the pic I ate some but it wouldn’t made much difference if I didn’t … That was a medium size. Guess night time crew .. night time crew no matter where you go ????
I only gave a star because I had to. I wouldn't even feed this food to my dog. Cold food, cold fries. This used to be a good fast food restaurant. Back when I was a kid. Not anymore. I won't be recommending this to my worst enemy.
