The cashier who waited on me was very friendly. The other employees seems to be happy at work which was good. The restaurant was clean, parking lot also. The only down side was that the chicken nuggets were warm, the fries also and the food just didn't taste good especially the chicken nuggets tasted to process which I should have expected for the price I paid. But overall all I would give my visit three star's out of five.
I simply ordered the cinnamon buns, only to be greeted with a pile of mayonnaise for frosting. This was my first and last time visiting this store. I’m trying to understand how they are still in business, with all of these bad reviews…..????????♀️????????♀️ They did offer to make me another one when I took it back, but I just simply wanted my money back and told them not worry about fixing me anything. At that point I didn’t and want anything from them at all. Plus one of the girl working in there, thought that it was very funny. I only gave it a star because I had too.????
Every time I come to this location my food is wrong !!! The staff plays entirely too much , food is never fresh . I waited in line 20 minutes to order a baconator fry and drink. I was pulled up FOR A FRY !!! Waited an additional 10 minutes and when I went on the inside everyone just standing around. I asked for a refund the manager comes from the back and refunds me without even trying to see what the issue was or if she could fix it. Everyone had bad attitudes. I will not be visiting this location EVER again. This is the WORSE WENDYS LOCATION AND THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN 0 stars. And I see why minimum wages are staying the same. They definitely act the part.
Ordered through the drive thru person took order was pleasant. Order was wrong the entire thing ! Sign on window stated to check order for accuracy, did that as I pulled out the line due to it being long and I didn’t want to hold up the line and other customers. The stank looks the staff (women) gave me because my order was wrong was pitiful! Do y’all’s job several people orders were wrong bringing items back! I asked for a full refund because I didn’t trust to receive food uncontaminated because the staff didn’t seem happy they were messing orders up!! Sad part is my receipt reflected what I wanted but got what they wanted to give me ! I never patronize this location and I see why!!!! Reading is fundamental and i understand workers are trained a certain way and that’s all they know nothing about modification!!! If you want your order proper don’t buy this location!!!
I walked into the store and was not greeted until the person I believe was the manager did her change draw the she greeted me.
My junior burger was warm not hot. The fries and nuggets were the only good things I ordered.
I thought I'd try the new burrito and give this restaurant one more chance. I won't be back. I didn't get a straw (so couldn't drink my drink in the car anyway) or edible food or a correct receipt or good customer service in the drive through. My burrito was served burned and split open. I asked for a receipt and watched the "manager" dig through paper and then give me a receipt that was none of what I had ordered. I typically get incorrect food so at least they got my order right... I've gotten ok service here before but the breakfast shift is consistently awful.
This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. For this to be fast food it takes forever to even order. Like this location seems to only hire slow incompetent people, the job isn't that hard. Please hire people that can proceed wit caution. If I wanted to wait as long as we do I'd go to Waffle House.
Terrible customer service in the drive thru. Sandwich wrong and between the worker and manager they don't understand their own digital boards to know that ARCC was Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich and not a classic chicken sandwich. Looks like I need to reenter Wendy's management and train some people on G.T.O.R. Pic 1 Classic Chicken; Pic 2 Asiago Ranch Chicken Club - Now tell me why do I have crumbles of bacon? Neither one was made like I asked.
