The staff is always friendly.. but they got my order wrong and there was a bunch of stuff in my water ????. Didn't even take a chance on drinking it. Makes me question how clean it is inside the soda machines.
Joel and Terell went above and beyond- Their customer service was polite and respectful and they brought fantastic energy to a late night shift. They made my friend and I laugh and want to come back to Wendy's again! When we mentioned our lack of sauce they corrected this minor inconvenience immediately and gave us extra sauces which made us extremely exuberant. If these young men are the kind of persons Wendy's employs, I would literally never go to any fast food restaurant other than Wendy's ever again in my life. I would literally drive half an hour to avoid McDonald's (a leading competitor) to receive such fantastic service and a satisfying and delectable meal again.
Never order a classic chicken sandwich. They will give you a crispy chicken and over charge you. I don’t eat much beef and my order is wrong 4/5 times. Happens so often I order take out inside now so I can check.
Friendly staff, maybe under trained. Often notice the one cook on shift having to help the 3 front counter workers. Same staff every time I stop in.. been this way for months
Ordered the biggie bag and got home open it up and had a jr cheeseburger with bacon, I had told the girl several times no bacon ????. This is the 3 time .
EAT ELSEWHERE. Dine in. Dinnertime. Asked for extra pickles. Got a total of 3. Asked for no tomato. Got it anyways. Fry's were old and cold. Dave's double was dry . Soda machines (one out of service. One has hardly any soda to choose from. ZERO diet choices.) Floor was slippery in spots, sticky in others . I will never use this location again.
Bunch of kids working and they are playing around while u are waiting to order. When u tell the manager she says help them then u can go back to what your doing. And the kitchen is filthy. This is the one on claremont!!!!
It seems every time I use the mobile app They never get my order correct. I ordered onions and blue cheese on my salad and I got neither one. The little tiny spoon full of avocado does not do justice to the salads name which is southwest avocado salad. Disappointed
While in Ashland Ohio. I Bought a baked potato at Wendys ..Opened it and it looked like it was smashed and old. I ate it because Id been on the road was tired and hungry . Did not take it back to Wendys . Since eating that potato. My stomach has not stopped to put it nicely.
I knew I shouldnt have eaten it . But will never trust wendys again with a baked potato.
