Delicious breakfast. Seems a little less "fake" than the competition. By no means is a SEC biscuit healthy ???? but the eggs seem more real than the rest. Coffee was actually decent too. Service is excellent and very friendly and professional.
I am very disappointed with this location. I order from Wendy’s quite often, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Their night staff was goofy off, and had us pull forwards. I figured this was because they had needed time to make our food, but when they brought our food out it was all cold. On top of being cold, they gave us the wrong sandwich and the other sandwich they got was incorrect. I have worked in fast food before and I understanding making a mistake, but this was ridiculous. If you plan to go here i recommend during the day. The night shift doesn’t have it together.
I personally have not had any bad experience here yet but my mom has went here and when she walked inside to ask a question the woman behind the counter goes “what’s your problem?” In a nasty tone before she could even say anything. My fiancé goes today to pick food up for us while I’m home with our baby and he says the worker in the drive through was nasty to him and then he comes home with missing food. All I can say is this is why these people work at these places. Better fix their attitudes before going elsewhere because nowhere else is going to accept that unless it’s another fast food place.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Last evening I ordered a Dave’s double with cheese and small fries. Cost $11.00. Three and 1/2 hours later, I spent the night vomiting from food poisoning. Obviously, bad meat. Never again will I ever go to ANY Wendy’s.
Your employees need more training can figure how to scan a QR code for the app and can't run a credit card through I use my card right next door to them at dunkin' donuts and no problem using the card after they couldn't figure out how to use a credit card. I went down to Wawa and I got two hamburgers down there which were bigger and cheaper and use the card at Wawa no problem. Why is there always a problem at this Wendy's maybe it's the people that they hire. They don't understand how to do things or they're lazy
What era was that men's room built in? The grout and caulking have failed. Some of the tiles are broken and obviously old. That hand dryer is a relic built into the wall. The sign says "if this bathroom isn't clean see management". Why? Is the manager blind, he can't see how disgusting and filthy this area is? I have to wonder how
clean the kitchen area or food storage areas are. Seriously, get a remodel!
Great drive through, efficient and nice staff.
Only downside is the app for Wendy's rarely works but the manager was nice enough to give me the discount without the app. The corporate office needs to get it's act together, the food is good but the app sucks.
Love Wendy’s meal deals & the nuggets, but this bathroom it horrible. I practically peed in my pants trying to find a place to put my pocketbook since there’s no hook! Who wants to their bag on the dirty floor?? Would also be nice to have some paper towels to dry your hands off.
