Seemed like the burger was already made before I got there. They just put the toppings on that I ordered. The fries smelled like they were cooked in oil that had been used for the past week! You can smell that on food when they use the oil too long. The fries were way over cooked! I just left them there!
I ordered a Dave's single, with medium fries and a large diet coke. The sandwich looked like the sandwich in a commercial. The bun was toasted, the meat was fresh and the taste was good. The fries were the right texture with the right about of salt.
They just remodeled this Wendy's and to be honest, I liked it much better before. Aside from the food, my favorite thing about this Wendy's was the comfortable 1990s interior. Now it looks like a cheap home remodel. It's a shame.
Decent food. Twice now I’ve gone through the drive-thru and asked for ketchup for my fries and they’ve forgotten it. Guess I’ll enjoy dry-ass fries on my 40-min lunch break. Thanks no thanks.

Customer service a 3
The cashier was working very hard. Multitasking times five. When I noticed how busy she was, I made it a point to ask another employer for the catsup that I wanted. He had just returned from the dining area and gone back inside the work area behind the cash register. When I asked him, he simply told the busy, hardworking employee whom I was trying to bypass out of respect for her busy nature to do it. I would assume that he was the acting manager on duty. It really bothered me that he did that. If I could only rate the other employee that I encountered, I would've given a complete five-star rating.
This Wendy's isn't in the best of areas, but they do a really solid job. There was a period of time maybe 2 years ago when their drive-thru would get significantly backed up, but I haven't experience that in a while. They are also generally very friendly.
Foods as good as any other Wendy’s but the service here is the worst I’ve ever seen ???????? arrived at 830 and the inside was closed, was told to stand and walk thru the drive thru???? (Which was packed by the way) I had an online order so I couldn’t just leave and get my money back. Also just as I realized the doors were locked, some other guy who was trying to get a refund wasn’t let in (literally yelled at the owner that he needed a refund)
Wendy's portions have definitely
gotten smaller overall. The employee taking the order was friendly however did not provide straws or ketchup with our orders. The drive through is in an awkward place and seemed poorly planned. Had to go back onto the main street to loop back into the parking lot to eat.
