Placed an order for food that they had ready (fries and nuggets that I could see ready in the fry hood). I watched as the employees stood around doing nothing while there was a line of people waiting for food. There was only one guy doing any work. It took 30 minutes to get my food, which was cold by the time that one guy was actually able to get it to me.
Went through the drive thru order 8 meals for my family and anyone who has ever worked in the industry knows that's a big order staff was friendly food was ready super fast everything was correct and delicious!
Excellent service, nice atmosphere and clean store.
First off... just to get this out of the way, the food was great, served hot and fast. But more importantly (imo) the service that Keisha gave us tonight was amazing! She was very sweet, singing and all around seemed happy to be at work. I will come back to this location just to see her smiling face! Seriously, it's crazy but finding someone that is genuinely happy to serve customers is hard to come by these days and she made our night just by being at work! So thank you Keisha! ❤️
This used to be a great place now the fries are cold and the buns are stale. Maybe they are trying to drive business away since McDonald's scare has caused an uproar in traffic.
Every time we go here it take forever to get through the drive-thu and the food is usual lacking. I even had a very long hair in my burger once. Do not recommend.
Order 3 Biggie meals. 2 jr. Bacon meals & 1 BLT crispy chicken meal from the Drive-Thru. I paid $16.27 for this order. I DID NOT GET THE CHICKEN SANDWICH. Called many of times as the weather is bad outside so I couldn't just come back, no answer. Out of the few crew members, no one notice a whole sandwich not in the bag???????
The lady at drive came in after a guy had taken my order. She asked what my order, I said Chili.
I ordered 3 chili's, and she gave me one bag of chili and closed the window. I sat there, and she then said, "What is it in a very disrespectful tone?"
I informed her, l order 3, and she gave me one. The lady gave me the other bag.
When l paid for my order, l asked the guy for hot sauce. After the lady gave me the other bag of chili, she closed the window again, not asking if there was anything.
I sat there and once again the disrespectful tone what is it. I mention l had inform the man l wanted hot sauce she gave me some.
To deal with some like that dealing with customers is disrespectful to the customer.
Wendy's you should be ashamed of how your employees can be so disrespectful.
