I want to start by saying that the employees here are mostly friendly, but the management overseeing the afternoon operations seriously needs to be retrained or reconsider their role in running this restaurant.
I come here often, mainly to earn points, but every time I use the drive-thru, I end up waiting forever. After receiving my food, I’ve parked in the lot and watched as they continue to clog up the drive-thru by handling only one customer at a time. They wait for the previous car to leave before taking the next order at the speaker, which is incredibly inefficient. To top it off, the prices keep going up.
For example, today I waited in line for 20 minutes. After finally getting my food and parking, I saw a car sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes while there were no customers at the window.
This kind of issue happens every single time I visit, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
This is the slowest Wendys on the planet. I waited tonight at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes before the guy came back to take my order. The last two times they had me wait and then came out without all my food. I caught them the first time, but missed tonight and went home without a burger. This is 2024, not 2020. They need to get their drive thru figured out, but I won't go back there.
Food is always good at Wendy’s but the service and cleanliness was horrible. We had ordered ahead and wanted chocolate frosties with our meal. When we picked up our order they had no chocolate left and she said we could get vanilla or berry (ah yuck). Then she said we had to get a refund in the app and she had no idea how to do it. Come on! They forgot my husband’s fries and drink. The bathroom stall had no toilet paper and the other stall didn’t lock. There were also no napkins in the dining area either. Needs a new manager. This is ridiculous if one visit is this bad.
I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru line and watched two cars in front of me drive away.
I waited 5 minutes, tHen I was told before I started my order to hold on again. When I finally drove away there was no one in the in line or at the window. The guy behind me got tired of waiting and left, too. I'd like to say this is an isolated incident but it happens frequently this time of day.
I don't know why this restaurant can't get themselves together. One guy takes his time taking orders at the drive-thru, one lady is rude to everybody at the drive-thru. The only reason I go there is because my son likes their spicy nuggets.

Today though I asked for fresh off grill dbl cb plain. It was an insult. Dry for sure!! Tossed it out.

Despite the lack of employees and it was busy during lunch from inside of waiting customers to cars lining up through the drive -thru the employees did an excellent job working together as a team.
Never have I seen so much dedication from the manager to to her employees.
They worked great with precision and delivered hot and tasty meals.
An excellent example of teamwork!
When I was about to leave I asked the manager for some napkins.
Without making me wait she immediately filled both containers and went back to her job responsibilities.
I watched as each order was ready and the meal was called out as workers never skipped a beat making sure customers got exactly what they ordered.
Not one customer complaint during the lunch period.
People grabbed their food and left.
Most didnt even offer a thank you.
The dining room was very clean and the tables and floors ,not a speck of anything on them.
One of the workers was taking trash out during the mad rush of lunch.
He was doing multiple jobs to make sure everything was clean.
The soda station was constantly wiped down with no stains on the floor.
It was an amazing sight to see how a small team of employees worked so hard together to make their customers happy.
My dining experience and my meal I give 5 stars.
