Wendy's at Tiger Point delivered THE honest fries and sandwiches for our order. It so so freaking amazing. The service was friendly and quick. Very impressed. The fries were so good I didn't think to take a picture until I had eaten most of them. Lol
I honestly have no idea how this location keeps messing up my order. I come here for convenience but so far it’s been a disappointment. Last time I got a jr cheeseburger it was just a single patty and some bread. This time I order it. I can a random bacon hamburger? The chicken and fries were hot. And this burger is almost completely cold through….
Every time I come to this drive through I am asked to pull forward and all I order is fries and nuggets for my kids, no exaggeration it’s everytime.
They are always very courteous. The one manager Megan stands out. She's always smiling and sees to it your order is fast and correct. She gets an extra star ⭐.
went into wendy’s today and overall bad experience. waited at the counter for a few minutes while people talked literally in my vision in the back. then when i left they laughed about me to each other as i walked out. as well as while i was sitting down i overheard them talking about how a customer was rude to him so while he made their lemonade he said he sprayed some sort of cleaning product in their drink. idk if he actually did but i very much overheard that. 0/10
I wanted breakfast and it was lunch time and instead of being rude he was very nice to me and treated me like a person. I'm thankful for my encounter and i very happy with the young man who provided excellent customer service. Thank you man
Changed from a 5 stars to 3 stars. recently went through the drive thru, the employee who took the order was very AI/robotic like, with no emotion and having a tone of sarcasms. When I inquired about children's drinks, the response was, "the same as for everyone". He failed to mention the juice boxes. When I received the order for my grand daughter and I, 50% of the fries in both orders were chopped up and hard like if the scooped up the over cooked broken pieces from the basket. Needless to say we did not eat them and I should've went back and asked the MOD if they thought these bits and pieces were acceptable for a fry order.
Typical fare that you’ve come to expect from Wendy’s. Staff were extremely pleasant and the drive through wait was minimal.
