Arrived at around 8pm and the person taking our order was very disrespectful, didn't tell us how much our food was going to cost, was super impatient and didn't repeat our order at all. After pulling to the window we could hear someone in the back of the kitchen yelling at a coworker, they tried to give us the wrong drink several times (we only had 2 drinks and kept trying to give us a third) then they gave us a single bag for 2 meals, when we asked about the second bag they rudely told us all the food was inside. We didn't get the fries we ordered or the receipt to check what we ordered (didn't know if they understood what we wanted because the person taking the order didn't repeat back anything). They also managed to give me a concoction of sodas that somehow tasted like cherry Pepsi and root beer but I ordered a coke. Don't go there
I decided to venture out and try something I usually don’t. My order was placed at lunch time the line was not long, and orders were being completed in less than 2 mins. This should have been a sign. My order was hot, fresh, accurate, what I would describe as “commercial perfect” my chicken sandwich was fresh hot all condiments and toppings present bun was warm, soft and slightly toasted. My burger was fresh seasoned and perfectly placed on my sandwich not all jumbled up with half the bun on the sandwich like other burger shops. They say you get what you pay for but in this case it was way better.
Placed a pickup order about an hour ago and got some terrible freaking food. First the fries tasted days old stale, then the burger was just absolutely drenched in mayo and ketchup, also the vanilla coke I ordered was replaced with a diet coke with no ice so it was warm and disgusting. To top it all off I'm now suffering from a terrible freaking stomach ache and had to down a bottle of pepto. Feel nauseous and ready to barf. I wouldn't have even bothered with a review with just the food being awful, but getting sick from it is a whole other thing. With people getting sick and hospitalized all over the country from bad fast food, I couldn't just say nothing and potentially someone getting severely ill from this food. Avoid this location until they clean up their act! DO BETTER WENDYS!
Update: Several hours later and having severe diarrhea. Pretty sure my food was contaminated or undercooked. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Fast good service, Thai is the only Wendy’s I eat at. The food is always fresh.
BB and Tammy were were absolutely amazing. They provided the most exceptional service I’ve ever received from a Wendy’s.
I come here most mornings for breakfast because I work nearby. Lisa always takes my order and she's always super nice and pleasant to talk to!
Went through the drive thru and ordered the chili’s cheese fries, received a baked potato with a slab of cheese. Drove back to get a replacement to only receive now fries with straight cheese on it. Service wasn’t considerate and laughed when i drove through the second time. If the workers are lazy and just don’t want to prepare the chili, then at least say you’re out. Will not be returning here.
Bacon breakfast burrito was horrible! It was loaded with potatoes tgat weren't at all appetizing. The egg tasted funny. I took a few bites and ate the bacon out of it and threw thre rest of it way. I'll never get another one.
