The worst drive-thru I've ever been to. I waited for almost an hour, and we were the only customers that night. They were just laughing inside. I believe there were four of them, but they still messed up the orders. We had to check our four orders one by one, and we only ordered burgers and fries. Still, the order was incomplete. We work in the hospital and only have a 30-minute break, but we waited for our order for almost an hour. The burger is RAW. Those employees are so hilarious!
I feel so much at home when i step into the dining area. Its always so clean and ????. The ambiance helps me to relax and ????♀️ while i eat. The food ???? is always so fresh and flavorful. Not to mention the portions are generous. I love ???? the selection of ???? at the fountain. I feel like a ???? gulping away. ???? you for being a friend!
The whole restaurant was excellent. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. They even went out of their way to be nice to our daughter and make the experience memorable for her which is very important.
Went inside because drive thru is horrendous... the place is NASTY!!! Soda machine looks like it has never been cleaned along with the floors, walls and even the ceiling. Sticky floors and stuck on dirt around the legs of the soda fountain and edges of the walls. Counter was nasty. Doesn't look like there is a manager or at least one that cares.
I’m an older man and very easy going. Recent went thru the drive thru I asked a question and was yelled at. I paid at window without a thank you or anything NOT A WORD but was told to pull fwd and they’d bring my order. Order was brought to me and again not a word or thank you. I got home and the food was absolutely disgusting. Buns were soaked in grease, toppings were stale overall taste was disgusting & I had to throw it away. I seriously felt discriminated maybe because I’m old? I have written corporate but I really doubt they care. I’ll never put up with that kinda of treatment again. Shame on management. I’m done with this store
Bad service, slow, is clearly that no one there without any exceptions like their job, not even the manager! Fast food service is supposed to be fast! That’s why people go there, because isn’t cheap or healthy!
If your staff is not happy, replace them, because these workers are making you lose money!!!
They were having issues with the payment system. I ordered on the app and it charged me twice. They couldn't see the orders in their system, but trusted me and made the food for me anyways. Awesome staff.
Have NEVER got home with what was actually ordered from this location. Never. Thought I checked well this time and still got home with the wrong nuggets. How do you give BBQ for buffalo? If it was not 10 out of 10 times I would not leave a review, but there really is no quality control here.
