I showed up to this location before they closed. As soon I got to the menu they asked me if I was going to be using my rewards for the meal. I then proceeded to give my order. I sat for about 5 minutes without any response. I drove to the window only for them to look at me like I'm crazy. Apparently it's a recording. Even though I got to the location before they closed. Glad they wasted my time. I work late and next time I'll know to avoid Wendy's.
So today we had Wendy’s for lunch at my job, I got the Baconator fries. I always shake my fries up in the container before opening to mix in the cheese sauce thoroughly. I took a bite and immediately felt little hairs in my mouth. Upon further inspection I noticed small black hairs alllll throughout the fries. The manager did offer a full refund for the entire order, but this never should have happened to begin with.
Went to get the $ frosty. No go. No longer available. Thought this promo ran throughout October. No one wants a $ drink. As with everything else, frosty is now so much smaller and almost twice the price. Don't bother it's not worth the money
Salad was way under para for price miss the original Cesar salad in the 90s. I eat salad almost daily because was my favorite food with classic frosty.
Had to go through the drive thru 3 times before they could get my order right. Older team member that has a gap in her teeth gave me sandwich components in a bag and told me to assemble it myself. Unreal, would give 0/10 if I could.
I love to eat out and this was my first time visiting this Wendy's. It was clean and pleasant. The staff was nice and the food was good, fresh and hot.
The breakfast potatoes are addicting. Crispy on outside soft in the center. Perfect amount of seasonings
Went to Wendy got buffalo wings and chicken tenders first wings tasted burnt they were over cooked meat inside was black couldn’t eat second got original tenders crust was so hard had to take off and chicken was tuff this was a $25.00 meal wasted not going back don’t buy wings awful
