RAW CHICKEN IN MY SANDWICH !!!!! Never Eating there again. Be careful
Every time I go in there the guys are pretty busy behind the counter but they make you feel welcome they let you know that they're busy and that they're going to get to you as soon as they can they work their butts off I give them props. The tall skinny shift leader, manager or whatever he is that dude needs to relax he's too stressed out. And you need to watch the profanity when you have customer standing in the lobby waiting patiently to place their orders.
I’ve never come to this location before and never will again. There are a bunch of young gentlemen that work here and while they are all very nice and sweet, none of them have any organizational skills. ???? They forgot to give me my drinks then I looked in my bag and got a cheeseburger instead of a baconator. When I asked one of the staff he apologized and said no it was not a baconator and said he’d make me one. I’ve been waiting 20 mins…2 other employees have come and asked me what I’m waiting for. Yet I still Haven’t received my baconator. At this point the rest of my food is cold and I’m just over it. They all were very nice and apologized but idk what I need to do to get a sandwich??!!!
The person taking my order inside was friendly and helpful. I hadn't been there in a while so he was patient and offered suggestions based on what I told him I liked.
Ordered An 5$ Biggie Bag, Got Home To Eat My Food. The Burger Was Messy Covered In Mayo, I Then Went To Scrap It Off When I Noticed A Bread Clip On My Burger.
Waste of money. I asked for only lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I got a burger with just pickles. No ketchup, mayo or nothing. Tried calling but phone is off the hook. Very disappointed. 12:21p.m.
My bacon cheeseburger was definitely smaller than I anticipated for something being called a Biggie Bag. The sandwich was cold and the fries were only warm we also ordered two different sauces for our nuggets and only received one I was very disappointed in this trip
Terrible experience. This morning, I ordered breakfast through the drive through and I drove up to the window to pay. A man with neck tattoos took my card and he hands me a bag. The bag had the wrong food in it. I then tell him of this and he tells me to park in one of the spaces as I wait. After 10 minutes, he walks out and says I need to come inside and pay when I already gave him my card earlier. He denies having ever taken it and it is nowhere to be found. I have looked all over my car, myself, and my wallet and the card is magically gone. He either lost my card or stole it. Either way, I froze my account because of this and will not be returning to this Wendy’s. Stay away.
