I ordered at the counter and paid and said I was dining in. My order kept saying it was “In Progress.” Finally, I went up the counter and asked was told “be patient, we’re short staffed.” Turns out, my order was sitting on the counter getting cold with a receipt next to it that wasn’t mine. Even if you’re short staffed, how hard was it to call my name? I get these are entry level jobs, but dang.
This is the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It looked like it had been recently renovated and the bathrooms and tables were clean. The food came out quickly.
The employees were very nice & pleasant. However, the restaurant is extremely run down. In the corner of the dining room, towards the ceiling, the wall is actually starting to cave in. Everything you touched had a nasty film on it. The carpeted area is absolutely disgusting. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Our fries were cold & you could taste cold like grease. This store really needs a lot of work.
Remodeled and open again. Perfect place to eat while using the fast EV chargers in the parking lot.
I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes total. Took forever for someone to take my order. Then I sat at the window, once I got one of the workers attention I had to ask for my food, and of course when I got it, everything was cold. I expressed this to the worker and he said "what do you want me to do about it?"
Traveling the country with pay this honey buddy ???? chicken biscuits are the worse ones I ever eaten ????????put little more honey butter!!!!!!

Not sure their circumstances(understaffed,etc) so take this for what you will. Put in a online order from the parking lot, and pulled right into the drive thru(no one in line) and then waited at the window for 5-10 minutes, still no one else in line or at the speaker, so we assumed the food would be fresh. Wrong. Burgers were not fresh, not hot, buns were slightly stale, and one burger was made incorrectly. 2 of the 4 piece nuggets only had 3 pieces, and all orders of fries were not warm.
