How slow can people be? This Wendy’s takes that question and answers it to the fullest. The employees will even cuss at you when you ask if the restaurant is closed, or try to explain that you didn’t know the restaurant closed whenever the employees feel like closing the store.
I ordered a drilled chicken ceasar salad. Opened the box when I got home to discover no chicken, barely any parmesan and no dressing. Horrible location!
If it were possible, I would not leave any stars. We have been to this location on three separate occasions and the courtesy of every employee has been terrible! We placed an order today for 3 frosty, the response from the speaker at the drive through was “Frosty machine broke”… I ordered an order of nuggets and some fries drove around and payed for the order, the employee closed the window without any response . I waited at least 10 minutes while the employee stood there and she finally opened the window and asked me if I had paid… I replied “Yes”, and she told me I was supposed to go to the other window… I had no idea because we had received our order at the pay window before. We finally pulled up to the window and after they sifted through numerous orders , they found it. Never go here!!!!
Headed back home from vacation and stopped for a quick dinner. First employee did not acknowledge my family of 4 at the counter (we were the only people in the restaurant). She went to the back and came back and said "she'll be with you in a minute". Then someone else popped around the counter but she also did not acknowledge us and went back to the back. She resurfaced a minute or so later about the time that two more employees were coming back in from outside. The second they walked in the door there was an overwhelming smell of pot, and still no service. One went behind the counter and the other started chatting with another employee directly behind us as if there were no customers in the dining room - Judging by other reviews corporate should examine this one hard. I'd submit a review on Wendy's website but I do not know their store number as we never received service. The Wendy's up the road a ways was great though! Very friendly and quick.
The food is good but give us what we asked for! I asked before ordering if they had the Krabby Patty and she said yes and gave me regular Wendy’s bread smh ????????♀️
closing time is 11pm. you go there at 10:30 and the employees are outside smoking! They say they are closed at 10:30pm. Hey, if you don't like working until 11 pm, go look for another job!
If I could give the service here zero stars I would. When I pull up to the drive thru I expect to be greeted in some way, acknowledging that the person in the window is ready to take my order (it's a simple concept). Instead of having someone welcome me to the restaurant all I got was a "you can order whenever you are ready" after sitting there for almost a minute. It seems like everytime I visit a Wendy's there's someone who sounds like they absolutely hate their job and tries to be as rude as possible to whoever dares to patronize the restaurant and didn't even offer me a receipt. It's getting to the point where I'm just going to say forget it and not got to Wendy's anymore. I just thought that people should know if they decide to get food from this place what they will likely experience... I get not liking your job but at least be the best you can be while doing your job, I've worked at many fast food restaurants and did not like any of the jobs but I was still the best employee I could be. I gave the level of service I'd want to get no matter how I felt about the job. It's honestly very sad that people can come to spend their hard-earned money (which pays your paycheck btw) and get service this bad smh. I'm about done with Wendy's.
Terrible customer service. The server at the window seems to be very angry. The order was incorrect. They seem to have a don't care attitude. Save your money and eat somewhere worth it. Terrible, terrible, terrible
