Very disappointed in our service. Your driver drove past our house (porch light on) several times and our porch light was on with my husband standing at the door. Food was barely warm. Could not eat my sandwich because it was cold. Just wanted to let you know because we order at least once a week and it has always hot but tonight I can not eat my sandwich. Want nothing to replace it but thought you should be aware of the problem.
Very unhappy with meals , April 6,2024 we orders 1 combo classic chicken meal and 1 single combo , the fries were cold, the chicken was dry and tough, the single burger was raw, I called restaurant asked for a refund they refused and said they would only replace, not much in the mood for more Wendy’s after this bad meal, see pics of raw burger.
The inside service is excruciatingly slow. As in once you place your order, expect a 15 minute wait for food. And it isn't because they are so busy, the young people working there are overwhelmed, confused, and can't focus.
Custom ordered two sandwiches on the app and they were not as ordered. They didn't customize anything, the fries were cold, very upsetting.
Absolutely filthy. Told the manager it was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been in and she just glared at me. Sad is they weren't busy and could have been cleaning up!!
30 minute wait in line for an on line order. They appeared to be understaffed and the order was incorrect. They fixed it quick enough. Food was good.
Smallest $9 chicken sandwich I have ever seen.
$16 and they still can’t fill the box ????
Expensive like the other fast food places, fries are average and soggy like the other fast food places next to it, burgers are about as thin as credit card spam mail like the other fast food places beside it.
The only good thing about this wendys is that it's frosty machine never fails like the shnitdonald's ice cream machine.
