August 10th at 2:30 in the afternoon. Went through drive thru order wasn't Right! Was told we had to drive back around to place the order! With a line of cars behind me I went in. Placed my order the casher balled up my receipt and when I asked her for my receipt, she replied hatefully she couldn't print another one. I told her I NEED THE RECEIPT. SHE U BALLED IT AND THREW IT AT ME!!!!!!!
Two times in a row this location has had systems down and wouldn’t take orders. When you do occasionally see people inside, they are doing everything but serving food, in their cars, in the bathroom, it’s interesting to watch. I wonder if the system is down or the staff don’t want to take orders. Supposed to be open until 2 AM.The system they use is horrible. There’s no way to get a refund if you order on the app. The system itself shuts down for hours at a time when it rains. This location used to have quick service but went down hill. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
June 26th, 940 am approximate. Made a order .Girl at drive thru said one thing. The price,she was busy talking to another employee. Poor customer service. Went to next window. No one was there or cared to give me my food. I finally drove off with nothing..not even my money.Should of known better when I saw McDonald's and Hardee's and Biscuitville packed out but no body at Wendys.Poor Management and no morale work force.Ive managed major operations and a Donkey could run that place better.Needs a house cleaning.Does no one see every place around them are booming?
Dirty in bathroom and dining area. Very slow service, employees hanging out in the parking lot. Foul language. Very unpleasant atmosphere.
So we stopped here and got a couple of double cheeseburgers and chocolate frostys. We got through our whole meal never noticing the small parentless child covered up and sleeping at the table next to us on the bench. I mean, what? Whose child is this? You brought your child to work and it’s nap time? Maybe Wendy’s isn’t for you if you can’t make enough money for child care ????
Ordered regular chicken nuggets, got spicy nuggets.
Joke's on you, I like the spicy ones!
But seriously, check your nuggets if you can't handle the heat, if they look more red, they are the spicy ones! ????
At least Wendy's has their drink fountain in the dining room so I don't have to stand in line to get refills. ????
There was one time I placed a mobile order, drove to this location during normal business hours (around 7pm) and found out they were closed and the app charhed me for my order & I had no way to cancel or refund my order!????
Fries cold and old...ppl talk am act like they don't care and no enthusiasm or pride In food
The food was good. Not many workers so it took longer than usual. Seem to be running out of stuff lately
