I want to say first off Clay, who was working the front cash register did fantastic. Showed patience and had a fantastic attitude. Now for the bad parts. Somebody has no idea how to mop the floors. They need to use a different solution because the floor was extremely slippy. There was old people walking around and I was concerned for them because of how slippy it was. Next the spicy chicken nuggets were not crispy. I can tell they have been sitting in the heater getting moist. And lastly, I found a piece of paper inside of my burger, not the meat part tho. Other than Clay this place sucks.
Stopped for a quick lunch with my daughter. The French fries where hot!!! I love that. My daughter says Wendy's has the best hamburger for fast food. I would say it is pretty good. Service was fast and friendly. This Wendy's is easy to get in andnout of.
The guy and girls are rock stars. We walked in line was long but this crew got orders taken and fix in great time. They where all polite and served u with a smile. It was refreshing to have that. Now days people are so unpleasant. Way To go crew.
Tried to go through the drive through on the weekend around 8pm and was told “Sorry we’re not accepting any orders”, and then tried again today around 6pm and was told the same thing. Last time I try! Tells you a lot about how the company likely treats employees if they can’t even keep a store staffed.
The food was fresh and just how I asked for it (I’m picky). The cashier Mari that was professional and had a bubbly personality. You can tell he is good at his job. I will be back. This is my new favorite Wendy’s in Gainesville.
The workers are rude, orders are always wrong and the food is always cold. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and try coming on a different day in case they were having an off day the first time but I just left and it took 20 minutes to receive my mobile order and then the cashier at the drive thru just slammed the door in my face before I could even ask for ketchup
Few days ago I went through the driveway....was given the wrong burger by a 7 dollar difference. I called was told they made a mistake, took my name, said when I came back to give name. Went back tonight was told there are no names that are ever taken. So no refund. Ordered more items for the family, paid. Hot down the road, quess what no 10 dollar burger again! Went back through right away, was then told to show receipt, which 8 had. How do I get ripped off 2 times for the same burger!! I called hour later to complain, phone rang and rang, then picked up and hung up!! First real!!
Food was awful.. I went through the drive thru to get two of the meals for $5 for 5 and didn't have anything fresh.. like the fries was cold the Jr bacon cheeseburger had the wrong cheese, Plus the employee was confused on the order an joking around.. Just didn't like it. so unprofessional! And unappropriate..
